Description
The Greater Wabash Baptist Association consists of 24 Southern Baptist churches and one mission in the Illinois counties of Wayne, Wabash, Edwards, White, and Hamilton. We exist for the purpose of encouraging and assisting our member churches in the ministries God has given them. We strive to help our churches be on mission according to the Acts 1:8 model of being Christ’s “witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Our association is led by Dr. Brent Cloyd. Brent became our Director of Missions Dec. 1, 2015. He comes to us after having spent 34 years as a pastor.
