  UPDATE: I received a call after posting the review below. I am happy to report that Johnny came out with a crew shortly after the call. He apologized for the interaction with Stephanie and the crew made the requested adjustments for a reasonable fee. That’s the great service I received when I first hired them to replace my gutters. THANK YOU JOHNNY for making things right!
  
  When I purchased gutters in 2021 they were responsive, professional and accommodating. A few months later I called and emailed to have changes made to downspouts because of a new patio I had installed after the gutters. Stephanie was snippy on the call and told me “you voided the warranty if anyone touched our gutters”. Last I checked, I paid for the gutters and they are mine. I was not/am not worried about a warranty and just wanted them to come out and redo the downspouts for which I anticipated I would pay to have done. I was not expecting anything free but simply wanted them to do some additional work. She never returned my calls nor replied to my email. So if you hire them, keep in mind they are a “one and done” company, regardless if you’re willing to pay for additional work.

  They did a phenomenal job. Never thought of my adult life I would be excited about half round gutters getting installed. Did a real good job and listen to what I wanted done. I don’t do a lot of reviews but this company definitely deserve this one for how picky I normally am. Installers are very professional as well. Thanks again

  I am very happy and glad that I have chosen the Great Lakes Gutters. They were VERY professional and courteous. The install went without any problems and the end result is just superb. They also installed the Xtreme Gutter Guards. Great price and quality. Very pleased and will definitely recommend them to my friends.

  We used Great Lakes Gutter for our home. From beginning to end it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone, did an amazing job. Great attention to detail made our home look wonderful with the new gutters. It rained in the afternoon, after the crew finished and no more dodging raindrops going in and out of the house. Thanks Great Lakes Gutter for the great job!

  New gutters from Great Lakes Gutter. The crew arrived early walked through what they were going to do and confirmed what I wanted. The crew went to work with quality materials. Even though there was a long rain delay they finished faster than I expected. Cleaned up so that anyone would never known the work was done today. Had several quotes for the job Great Lakes Gutter had what I wanted for a fair price. Everything from the quoting to the installation was great. I highly recommend Great Lakes Gutter. Satisfaction guaranteed.
