  My experience was absolutely horrible, which is a shame because my husband and daughter really enjoyed this dentist. It was my first visit, and I informed the hygienist that I may be pregnant and would prefer not to have X-Rays this time. She said that the dentist would refuse to clean my teeth without X-Rays and that would I have to make an appointment with my OB/GYN and get a note saying not to X-Ray me before she would clean my teeth. She then told me it was state law that required X-Rays. After considerable research and discussions with the TSBDE, it is NOT a state law. This dentist has now lost three patients due to how they handled my situation. I would definitely NOT recommend this dentist.

  Awesome! Brittany at Great Expressions was able to get me in on a last minute notice for me being a new patient, especially when she knew I was in pain. Great staff from the receptionist to the Doctor! In addition they explained my benefits very well. I'm very pleased to be a new customer at their facility. Thanks Great Expressions!

  My wife and I have excellent service through our experiences with this fine group of people here. They, really do show a genuine desire to be the best in there chosen fields, from the Doctor to the receptionist and billing specialist. They are the best I've encounter in my 40 years of adult life.

  The people here are what makes this an awesome place to visit. From the front reception, to the insurance, to the hygienist and the dentist, everyone is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great for the whole family!

  Excellent hospitality and customer service from the moment I walked through the door. Extremely grateful for Dr. Karkuri and the rest of the team. I was coming in for a consult on a pretty crappy situation from an old Floss location and everyone was very patient, understanding and accommodating. Thankful to have found this office.

  Love this staff!! It makes going to the dentist easier when you hear laughter instead of drills. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Barrett is informative and honest!

  This is my third visit to the Saginaw, TX office. The whole appointment was super.Tiffany was friendly and welcoming when I arrived. Brittany, the hygienist, was also friendly and the cleaning was easy, quick and thorough. I will continue to come back because they do a great job!

  Great place to get your dental work done. Everyone is so friendly. My husband and I were in Texas visiting family and had some dental emergencies. The staff here was able to get us in and get all of our dental problems taken care of.

  My wife was there for an office visit, to my shock and disappointment with the general manager and how she treated one of the employees there. I tried not to listen to what was going on, but how could it be helped, when the general manager was loud and rude. I made a point in letting my wife know, she will not be going back for anymore visits. How is it a family place and they treat employees any kinda way. They don't deserve a star, but I gave one to post.

  Management very rude and unprofessional. The office didn't look or smell clean. I wouldn't take my dog there.
