  Becca got my cut just as described from my memory of an old cut from 30 years ago.
  
  She took me from hippy shoulder length, to a faded "high n tight" mohawk that looks/feels GREAT!
  (Grandson says it sucks that I'm more in style than him!)

  I went there a week ago. I ask for a trim. She cut my back short and never touch my front of my hair. You can tell them what you want they don't listen.sorry im not going there again.

  Normally I go here and have a great time and get a great hair cut, however on my last visit I came in about 30 mins before they closed because I needed to have my hair cut for my brothers wedding and worked so this is the only time I had. The lady (I believe her name was Debbey? Older gal in her 50's-60's blonde hair and blacked rimmed glasses has the table closest to the door on the left) acted like I was a burden the entire time I got my hair cut. In fact one of the first things she said to me after a loud and obvious sigh was "We close at nine, for future reference." (Insinuating I should have come much earlier) She was really aggressive and rough while cutting my hair even ripping it right out of my scalp with the scissors several times and getting the razor stuck in my hair from going so fast, and was very clear she was trying to get my hair cut over with so she could leave exactly on time. (We were done at 8:45 btw) I understand not wanting to stay over but you shouldn't make your customers feel like a burden or feel unwanted. It was to the point I almost left mid hair cut because she clearly was pissed I came in so late.
  I usually try to make small talk with my stylists and when I asked her how her day has been she said "I've been here all day and really like to go home so tired of people coming in at the last minute to get their hair cut." (Clearly talking about me) And later "People haven't been thanking me after I'm done, it really bothers me, guess they don't care about their hair next time." Like seriously?!?! This is a professional? I normally have a 10/10 experience and have been coming here since basically opening day and now I don't know if I'll return just because of how unwelcome I felt. If I came in at 8:59 and made you stay over 30 mins, I could almost let it slide. But we were done at 8:45!!! Jesus if you don't want customers after 8:30 please close at 8:30. I was really surprised by this Great Clips is a place I look forward to coming to because the stylists feel like family friends and they genuinely give great hair cuts. I've never had Debbey before (I think she's newer) and you can guarantee I'll never let her touch my hair again. Please either retrain or fire this bad apple so it doesn't ruin the bunch.

  Really good prices and deals. I dont typically converse with my stylists, but the person who cut my hair was easy to talk with. Great first experience here. 12 bucks for my haircut.
