Excellent cuts of meat. Not the cheapest place around, but well worth it.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!! On our last visit we were served RANCID MEAT! When presented to the staff they acted as if it didn't matter at all. The manager everntually showed up and offered to replace the meat. We had lost our appetite and wanted to go. We had just sat down barely touched our food before we decided to go, but we're still charged in full for everything except the meat. Any other restaurant would have compted the uneaten meal. Terrible service, it is NOT the place it used to be. Currently reporting to the BBB

I've been going there for at least 2-3 years and I used to go minimum twice per week and sometimes three times. I've recommended this place to many people. The service and food used to be great. Recently (last year or so) portions have been reduced tremendously and the quality and taste of the meat has gone down the tubes and the prices have skyrocketed. No matter how you order the meat they always manage to overcook it. In addition both day servers who were very friendly and attentitive have become disrespectful, condescending, extremely rude and dismissive. I really can't put my finger on it since I always tip them minimum 20-25% on a bill that comes out to more $200 each time. Last few times I chalked it up to them having a bad day but every time it's the same rude and disrespectful attitude. Last time I set foot in that place, it's a shame given I enjoyed eating there but there are plenty of better places that offer better service and quality of meat. I order roasted peppers as a side which is included with the meal and they say that it can't be ordered anymore because they use the peppers for salads only later to turn around and see them bring it for another guest that came after me. Mind you how expensive can a pepper be it's the cheapest side on the menu you can get a dozen for like $5 anywhere. Then the final straw I bought an expensive bottle of their own wine next door at their store. Brought the wine to be opened to drink in the restaurant and the cork was tainted and the wine tasted horrible. I told both waiters and in a very disrespectful and dismissive way I was told that there is nothing they can do, they can't switch it out for another one because it was bought next door and not in the restaurant. Mind you it's their Grazianos butcher/grocery store next door, I'm buying their wine which they sell for a huge upcharge inside the restaurant for the same exact bottle of wine, I'm a loyal customer that they know for years who they see 2-3 times per week and tips them generously and they can't switch it out? It's not like I went to total wine and bought a wine they don't carry and then tell them to open it up, I'm buying their own wine at their own store next door which they own as well. Anyways they like to play games and mess with loyal customers, they lost my business forever.

This place is not the same as a year ago. I came today with my family and the service was horrible. Our waitress was a lady and she messed up in our order even though we explained to her what we wanted. After that misunderstanding , the lady never came and out of the blue our waitress was a gentleman. We asked for the check and they took around 10 min to bring it. Bad service , we are sad that this happened . Usually, when we come to this place the Tico is the waitress from here and his service is amazing. BAD SERVICE!

My favorite place , Argentinian meat cuts delicious , it is a mix Italian - Argentinian . Nice place , the wine mixed sangria is delicious and the cuts great . I like vacío y picahna also the vegetables at grill wonderful. Good price excelente quality , and try the desert creme brûlée

It was late and I really wanted a comfortable bed at that point. Rode around for hours and stumbled across Hotel Aladdin. First, the secure of your vehicle in a secluded garage very impressive. The rate for the hrs I was checking was well worth it. What blew me away your check out time was 12 hrs from the time.
