  I liked the finished product and felt the price was fair but was displeased with the whole process. When the first guy came out to measure everything he told me I needed to take my sink to the store so they could measure and cut it out because I wanted an under mount. I thought this sounded weird so I called the store to confirm that and they said because I wanted an undermount I would have to bring the sink in. I dropped my sink off on a Friday even though they weren’t coming out until Monday to install which means a whole weekend without a kitchen sink. I was told they would be at my house to install in the afternoon. It was 4pm and I still had not heard anything from anyone so I called the store, they had to call the installers then call me back to tell me they would arrive in 40 minutes. When the installers finally showed up their first question for me was where is my sink. They had not even cut out where the sink was supposed to go. They had to call the store and get someone to bring my sink to my house. Then I believe some of the measurements were off so install took longer than expected and they did not leave until 10pm although the installers were very nice about it.

  These people are extremely unprofessional! They installed a cracked piece of quartzite, which cracked before it was put on the truck for delivery, in my kitchen and will not replace it unless I pay them in full for that piece. I had paid in full for the rest of the job. They were extremely unprofessional throughout the whole process. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Extremely unprofessional!!!!

  Granite and marble warehouse installed the incorrect granite in the powder room of our new home. Once all was revealed, they did not have any more of our granite and just sent us what they thought would be close without even disclosing that it was different granite. We required the granite be changed out because it in no way matched any other granite in the house. The crew that came to change out the granite knocked the mirror off of the wall which broke and gouged our cabinets, wood flooring, wall and door. Not only did the mirror falling cause all of these issues but they sent the wrong granite again. We were understanding with the crew as they were very apologetic and accidents happen however that same thing cannot be said about one member of their office staff. I spoke with a man in their office and he told me that they had made a mistake and did not save any of the granite used in the rest of our home and when they went to do powder room granite, they could not match it for us. He then sent me email pictures of what would be close to our granite. We made a decision and then I received a text from him stating that while moving slabs around the warehouse, an exact piece of our granite was located. We scheduled a time for it to be installed. The day of installation arrived and no one showed. I called our construction manager who contacted the sales representative with granite and marble warehouse and was told by him that they were not coming on the scheduled day and were just going to come the next day. Not one time did this man call me to cancel or to reschedule. He was just going to have me sit at home all day waiting on his crew who were not going to show and then just assumed I would be available the next day. I was very upset and spoke with this same man and told him this was very poor customer service and he could have cared less. He did not see an issue with not contacting me about the crew not showing and about assuming that someone would be available when he just decided to send a crew to our home. The crew did arrive a day late and STILL HAD THE WRONG GRANITE!!! The head of the crew spoke with someone at the warehouse who told him that we were sent the closest thing they had to our original granite and that no exact slab of our granite had ever been found in the warehouse. Someone was not telling the truth. After taking with the very nice and professional crew leader we decided to take what was incorrect for the third time because it was the closest match so far. Again, the installation crews were very nice and professional. It was someone in their office who kept screwing everything up for us. I only had personal dealings with a male sales representative ( I will spare the details of a very unprofessional phone call I had with him because this review is too long as it is) but I did want our experience to be shared since granite is a very expensive purchase and you want to make sure you are dealing with a professional company when making this expensive purchase.

  That was not my experience with Granite and Marble Warehouse at all.
  My recent job for a new kitchen island and master bath were phenomenal! Both the template and install were done on the days that I requested and their customer service was exceptional!

  Service time frames do not match the promised time. Work quality is sub-par. NO INTEREST in warranty repairs. They lose service tickets and create granite work for you that is not what you ordered. Frequent "lost" emails and phone messages. Very unprofessional operation.
