  Daniel and his crew do amazing work! They built two custom-designed structures including a pole barn and a garage for us (approx. 3000 s.f.) and surpassed all expectations for quality, professionalism, pricing, and speed. They show up on time with great attitudes, listening ability, technical skill, and the best professional tools. They showed tremendous flexibility and know-how especially since we milled all of the lumber ourselves. This introduced unique challenges, but Daniel conquered and surpassed all hurdles. Also, even though the foundation was not perfectly level, their laser leveling tools allowed them to cut every post to precision length for a resulting level, square, and true structure. I GLADLY give this company a 5-star rating and HIGHLY recommend them.

  Daniel did an excellent job in our home. We had him install flooring in our second floor and he transformed our 1980’s staircase to a beautiful modern staircase. It turned out just the way we wanted it. From new post, to spindles to the step and riser. We are truly happy with his work and his professionalism. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get any job done. Big or small. He will not disappoint! Will definitely be contacting him for any future remodeling. Thank you Grand Rapids Contracting.

  Daniel did a great job on our home. We gutted the entire main floor and converted 2 attic spaces into bedrooms. Daniel’s design allowed us to use every inch of space in our home and he gave us some really cool angles. He is a hard worker and quite knowledgeable. We did various projects on our own to save money and he gladly advised us if we needed it. He is kind and honest.
