  Being located in Florida and away from family, We were able to call and ask for "a mind blowing arrangement" for Mothers Day. Delivery was on time and we are impressed. I have ordered from many services far and wide and from customer service to the delivery was amazing. We are very happy we called, until next time!

  I really like their location and the variety of options they have. Pay attention at checkout though! Tally up your items before you get there because the young lady that rung me up overcharged me by $20. When I came back to get it resolved, no one apologized. In fact, they were almost indignant as though I shouldn't be remotely concerned about this. Seriously? Like anywhere, they have good people working there - and some not so good ones. Pay attention.

  My husband ordered flowers from Grand Haven Garden House, which he has done in the past. I've always received wonderful things from them, but they outsourced my arrangement this time around. When it arrived it was nothing like I've ever seen before; disheveled, browned blooms, the vase was obviously too big for the arrangement, stems hanging out the side of the vase. I was stunned thinking this came from GHGH. When I called to let them know about how the flowers arrived, they explained that the arrangement did not come from them, and told me they would refund my husbands money. Over month later they still have not refunded the money he spent on the flowers.
  Being unhappy about something that is supposed to make you happy is never a good thing.
