When I first moved to North Carolina from Ohio I checked out a few different churches in the Lake Norman area and Grace Covenant felt like home to me. The church is Bible-based and full of revelation of the Holy Spirit in the daily life of believers. The life groups and people who are commited partners to the church are incredible men and women of God. The preachings and worship are full of revelation and Biblical truth.

A church that loves like Jesus loves. It's diversified in all meanings of diversity from socioeconomic, to ages of leadership, and to ethnicity.

The people at Grace are friendly enough and the pastor has a good message. It is the staff who are aloof in my experience. My husband and I tried to get plugged into a community group, called last fall picked a group that was starting up then after the first meeting we were told it was full. Tried obtaining help from staff in charge of the program but after the initial conversation no e-mail or phone calls were returned. We eventually stopped trying and went somewhere else to church. No one ever bothered to call or follow up with us. Women's morning Grace has a lot of good class offerings but again you are on your own to figure out a class and get connected. Sometimes there are friendly supportive women in your group, sometimes not but the Grace staff are no where around for guidance or support. Cammie the pastor, who runs the program is not very approachable. Seems to have a small fan club but the rest of us just do our own thing. Can come and go in that church completely anonymous.
