I have had the pleasure of working with Gotma Land Holdings on a handful of projects now. I am very pleased with the professional service received. The staff have been great with everything needed and always following up in a timely manner. The dedication to their projects and work ethic along with the values they strive for truly exemplify what it means to do what you love and love what you do at work! While working directly with Phil I can say it is blessing to work with a person that is honest, transparent and of high character. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

They never bothered to contact us. Even after an email, 2 calls and a voicemail. And then unlisted the property on only land watch. If a property is unavailable anymore, the realtor should take the listing off ALL sites, contact EVERYONE who inquired about it stating it’s no longer available, providing a common courtesy. Rather than ignoring possible clients. You could have referred me to another of your property listings. But too bad you lost out on business because you ignored them. Thanks.
