  The front desk staff Alana and DJ are so welcoming! Bianca always helps me out. I had surgery with Dr.Kim and it was such a breeze I already feel better. Always a pleasure. I also referred a few patients as well. I highly recommend!

  The office atmosphere is warm and inviting and the front desk staff is very knowledgeable and charismatic. I was treated by Dr. Battaglia for few cosmetic feet problems. She was so accommodating and took the time to talk through and really get to the root of the my foot issues, including various treatment options. Her bedside manners are unmatched, probably one of the best doctors I've ever been treated by. She assured me that I would have beautiful feet by summer (this was back in March), if I followed her treatment plan. She was right! It's now July and my feet look amazing! I sent a few of my friends to this practice and they all had exceptional experiences. Can't recommend this place enough.

  Be careful about your insurance, on the phone they said they accept my insurance, then when I went in office I confirmed they accepted my insurance before continuing. I went to get insoles for my boots. I got my feet scanned the first visit(everyone I work gets insoles made and our insurance covers fully) and the second visit I came back for fitting. Both visits were billed to out of network. I asked multiple people why this happened and finally at the end Mary told me that they are out of network (the first person to tell me this, months after my visits) so I do not know why the office staff keeps saying my insurance is in network. Even if I call the front desk now and ask if they are in network they still state that they are. Thankfully I did not make it to the third appointment because I was under the weather or else they would’ve billed me out of network on 3 visits. Hopefully now I can put Gotham Footcare behind me. And on top of all this, my toe hangs off the insoles that they made in my boots so I have to go to another office and get insoles made correctly.

  First time patient. Nice facility. Staff was courteous. Was taken care of shortly after arriving. Both medical assistant and doctor were attentive. Had an issue and the office manager resolved the matter promptly. I appreciate that kind of customer service.

  As a model I was terrified to get foot surgery because my job depends on beautiful results. After much research and asking a few colleagues I kept hearing about Cosmetic Foot Surgery at Gotham Footcare. Wearing heels on the runway and parties made me quickly develop bunions. Not only did they look awful but they started to be painful too. I had a consult with Dr. Cunha. He was very pleasant and didn't push surgery. He mentioned several other options for my bunions. Since I had stopped working during COVID I knew I would never get this time back so I booked the bunion surgery. I was very pleased with the whole experience. The office is the most beautiful I have seen in NYC. It was very clean and fresh smelling. I am big on that. The staff was friendly and everything went according to his detailed description of what I was going to go through and what I should expect. I followed the doctors orders as I wanted to cure quickly and heal beautifully. Everything went very well and as planned. My bunions are now gone and my feet look stunning. I even lined up a few more clients for Dr. Cunha. I highly recommend him and the practice itself. The best in the city!
