  We had great experience!! Response time was amazing. Brian was very professional, with a great attitude. Even though it was freezing and raining. He called me when he dropped my car off at the dealership. Let me know he made it and put my keys in the drop box. Will definitely use them again!!

  These folks are GREAT!!! Melissa took my phone call promptly and handled my request immediately. Scott was there to pick up the truck within the hour. He was professional and took great care with my vehicle. He drove safely and had the truck back home asap. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this amazing company for your next tow!!!

  Melissa was very professional and put me at ease. Gave me all the details I needed. The driver, Scott, was super friendly and knew his job. He was very careful with my vehicle. Both individuals showed the highest customer services standards even though it was after normal business hours. Great job Goodreau's!!!

  They were very prompt and professional. I spoke with Melissa on the phone and she was very nice and courteous. Once Ben the driver arrived he offered for me to sit in his wrecker to get out of the heat and gave me a cold drink from his cooler while he loaded my Jeep onto his wrecker. If you want professional and courteous treatment I highly recommend this company!

  I googled "Tow Services near me" and then chose the highest rating available- Goodreau's Towing popped right up! Melissa answered the phone, very professionally, asked how they could help. She asked all the right questions & I was set up with no problems, at all!
  Mr. Tim, the General Manager, was on duty at the time, and he drove out to pick my car up on his nice big truck.
  Everything from the initial call to them delivering my car to the automotive shop was impressive, professional, caring, and the people are really nice!
