Hello friends! It's been quiet since I retired from professional frostitutionbut I finally got to do a dessert table and had to share. It was for my daughter's 4th birthday party.
SoooI learned that pulling off an event is like cake decorating on steroids. Lol!
Not only did I make 3 cakes, but I also made the backdrop, tablecloth, leaf & birthday garland, and boat macaron holderoh and what felt like a bajillion paper flowers. 🤣 The kids put together the kakamora goodie bags.
Cookies were made by my sister in sweets, Tempting You Sweetly Bakery. (I love collaborations with her!!!)
Macarons are by my now favorite macaron decorator EVERMacarons For You.
Thank you ladies for helping me bring this vision to life! ♡
And of course, shout out to the wonderful people at Makers on Main, who taught me all I needed to know about using my Cameo Silhouette and letting me use their workshop space to press the backdrop and tablecloth.
Finally, to the amazing staff at Peek n Play for allowing me to host my daughter's event there. You ladies were amazing with all the details and definitely made everything super easy. Thank you!!!

Cake Bliss is super excited about our upcoming decorating classes for teens! If you've got a budding cake decorator in your life, they won't want to miss this!!!
-No previous experience necessary -Small class size for personalized instruction from a couple of super passionate ladies (ie. Myself and the oh-so-talented Dionne--who was featured on Cake Wars and winner of Cake Hunters) - A different seasonal themed cake will be taught each class -All supplies included in price -Take what you make (Yesthat means cake EVERY weekend in October.) 🎂

Goodnight Bakery understands that not everyone is a "cake designer"--but you really don't have to be in order to get an amazing cake.
One of my strengths lies in creating unique custom designs based off of loose ideas that you, as a client, might have. Inspiration is everywhere! It's in the party decor, on the invitations, the nursery decor, and even from baby's 1st birthday outfit.
Here's a perfect example The first set of pictures are what the client sent me. She liked the color scheme from the first cake, the 3D-styled stars and clouds from the 2nd cake, and wanted to include a fluffy white puppy since the baby will be born during the "Year of the Dog".
Based off of those 3 photos--Goodnight Bakery was able to create an original design that the client loved!

An original Goodnight Bakery design
I had such a blast creating this cake for my client. She basically gave me a little background about the celebrant and things he enjoys and gave me free reign on creating a design around that.
Everything on this cake is edible with the exception of the key ring.
