  This is a great little oasis tucked away on the road to Key West. I am so happy that I stumbled upon this place. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their food is tasty and they have a wonderful selection of fresh foods that change frequently. I also like the fact that they carry items that are normally hard to find.

  Quaint little shop, with lots to look at while you wait. I got a raspberry and blueberry smoothie with apple juice base and it was delicious! The employees are kind and knowledgeable! Would go back for sure!

  Great place for vegan food. It's about 30 miles from Key West downtown on Overseas Highway. Again, like many cafes in Key West, this one is also grocery store plus a cafe.
  We went for a Tofu-Avocado-Cheese and Vegetable MELT sandwiches along with a Banana Strawberry Smoothie and a Carrot Colada. The sandwiches (more like wraps actually) were great. The veggies were great and the wheat sprouts were something we had never seen on it. The Banana Strawberry smoothie and Carrot Colada were amazing too. We had a really great breakfast on our way to Miami.
  They also have a grocery store, not separate from the cafe, where you get all kinds of stuff - like cookies, fresh produce, herbs, supplements, ready to cook packets, snacks and more. So many things stuffed into a small place so it is a little congested. It is less of an eat-in place with just one table and a pair of chairs at one end of the store and a couple of high chairs next to the kitchen. I guess a majority of the folks just do a takeaway.
  The entire complex is about wellness. So besides this place, there is also a wellness center that offers Yoga, Zumba, massage etc. There is also health center that offers nutritional facials, reflexology, and reiki etc

  I always find those out of the ordinary items like essential oils, bulk honey, bulk herbs and a wonderful selection of organic produce. This little shop is full of items to promote a healthy lifestyle!

  Had a fantastic smoothie (mango, strawberry, almond butter: in apple juice). Fun and friendly place. Yoga spot next door in you are looking for a practice to go with your smoothie.

  I love the veggie melt! Great smoothies too - for a real thirst quencher ask for carrot, orange, pineapple! The soup can be a meal if you get it with rice. Well stocked store for healthy groceries. They even carry some organic produce. I love Good Food!
