owner's Jack & Tina Chen are originally from Yangzhou, Jiangsu, China. Yangzhou is a culturally important city ion the Eastern portion of china situated between Nanjing and Shanghai. Yangzhou has a long history of culinary and artistic tradition.
Owner Jack Chen attended Culinary school in yangzhou learning the ins and outs of yangzhou style cuisine, he also took an interest in the spicy cuisine of sichuan china. Combining both of these styles Jack has brought a unique offering to the restaurant scene here in northern Colorado. A restaurant that offers the traditional Chinese dishes at affordable prices.
Jack and Tina decided to settle in Boulder, Colorado because of the natural beauty and the welcoming community. They managed to start a business that gave Jack a way to utilize his love of cooking and a way to share his culture with his new neighbors.
