  Excellent in all respects. My wife and I are seniors and have lived in our current home for more than 40 years. For the last 5 or 6 years---since the plumbing company that we had been using for several years went out of business--- we have been looking for a plumbing company that we could rely upon to service our needs in this regard. Recommendations from friends were not helpful. After receiving a flyer from Gold Star we engaged them to fix two faucets that were not working properly. How fortunate are we to have done so. Those individuals with whom we interacted were friendly, professional and accommodating. Both my wife and I were impressed with this organization in every respect. We were continually kept informed about all aspects of our appointment as well as the credentials of the service expert assigned to the job who was terrific and navigated through a few unanticipated problems with grace, patience and professionalism. Indeed, although we needed a new faucet, his fully equipped truck enabled us to purchase the same from several choices he had on board stock and have the same installed while the technician was on premises. Without question we will be using Gold Star in the future for both emergencies and scheduled projects and surely will recommend the company to all of our friends.

  Chris was super cool, he communicated very well prior to getting to my house. Upon arrival he was very thorough in walking me through the steps required to get my service done. He solved the problem an was very quick and professional, if I had ten stars rating I would give him all ten instead of the five… keep doing great work dude…

  I cannot say enough good things about Gold Star Plumbing. Each and every person I worked with from this company has been beyond wonderful, responsive, professional and just all around fantastic to deal with. We had to have both of our AC units replaced. Gold Start by far provided the best price as well as immediate installation. The installation workers were wonderful and very efficient. I will be recommending Gold Star to anyone and everyone I know who is in need of their services!! They are definitely a top notch 5 star+ company!

  So, I had a problem with a leaky faucet. We asked around for refs, but was unsuccessful with the one given. I then took it upon myself to do a Google search. I lucked up and found Gold Star. I did a review check and and was pleased to see they received 4.5/5 stars. I called and spoke to Jeff. I explained the issue and he immediately scheduled my appointment. He told me upfront what the pricing estimate would be. Initially, they canceled the first appointment. But, Jeff called and rescheduled. Chris came on time, following several emails confirming the appointment. Chris arrived. He was thorough, informative, efficient, and pleasant to work with. He fixed the issue and took a look at another. He stated he would come back and fix it after we scheduled the service.

  I had posted a review which was not kind because of 2 delays. The manager called me and apologized for the delays and letting this fall thru the cracks. Angeline told me she could have someone at my house in an hour and they were on time. I received an email with the picture of their representative, James, and he had Jason with him. James explained what was included with their inspection ($75.00), which is one of the lowest price around. I had James looked at an issue with a valve we couldn’t open or close. James showed me the different options and did the job within 1 1/2 hrs. They bled all of the heaters in the house, and cleaned the boiler. I would have loved to negotiate with them but they have set prices for different levels and pretty much set. They have a pricing model and it appears standardized. They tested the heat and all the radiators worked. I would recommend these guys and very impressed with their manager. She sounded like a take charge person and took ownership of the issue. She’s the top!! 👍🙏🙏
