  Worst ever. Bought a car and had so many issues they haven't even called for payment and refuse to pick car up... already have a case filed against them, but go figure, no response to paperwork either. Super scrubby people
  
  Go figure i wrote this review a day or two agao and they just called attorney said don't even talk to them, since they didn't respond to any paperwork, but I just want this car picked up, you guys are ridiculous. You sold me a car that was illegal to sell. I just can't get over this. I'll get my money back. Owner said he was going out of business anyways. It's a sad story actually . The guy who drives the yellow truck . His son works there too apparently he's the one that couldn't fix anything that was asked to be fixed. Btw your employees should not be drinking on the job. Glad my hunny got that pic in back. Shut down/ out of business either way, something has to happen. It's just not fair to people.

  I bought a car from this place and it was a nightmare! Two months after I bought the car, someone backed into me. My insurance company wanted the auto body shop next door to Goldstar to fix it. When they took off the bumper and the front end, they found old frame damage. I went across the parking lot to speak to the mechanic. He got irate telling me who I should sue. I never said anything about sueing anybody! Then he told me that their shop would do nothing unless they got the insurance check that was supposed to be used for the accident. I felt bullied and pushed in a corner. NEVER WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH GOLSTAR AGAIN!!!

  Got a truck from them service wngine soon light was on. They had to reset it in order for it to pass inspection im guessing...and i know in md and va a vehicle will not pass inspection with a check engine light on. I went to pick it up and the light was back on. They told me to take it to autozone and have them put it on the machine and read the code for them and bring it back. Well i did that and they called n told me the truck was ready went up there the light was off about a few hours later the light is back on again. I called and they told me they just reset it and didnt have time to look at it and bring it back. Well after that i started having problems with my battery and my truck not starting. The battery was so weak in order for me to drive it i had to jump it. Why in the world have i had this car for not even a MONTH still paper tags bullshit runarounds and still paying for it with a check engine light and bad battery?? Long story short i wish i would of waited and went somewhere else. Its not worth the headache and the amount they charge for there vehicles. Single mother of three i dont need a extra headache. The people are nice they just sell piece of crap cars

  Gold star cars is a fabulous company! I enjoy everything from the moment I walk in with my parents to the time I left off the block with my ride. Now I just receive my licenses two weeks ago and we were only window shopping. However, wi hen I turn to right and saw that 06 Chevy Cobalt LT, something about it keep me drawn to it. After the test drive and having the discussion with my family and Stephanie, I was sold! It felt good to drive out of the parking lot with my new ride. Recently, I brought it back yesterday for a tune up and the guys fix it up real nice!!! Thank you guys fir everything!! My confidence has shot through the roof since day one and I couldn't do this without you!!! Love ya! 😇

  I have had the best experience with this company, the atmosphere ans xuatomer aervice is exceptional, if i have a problem or a question I can call them anytime and they will help me.
