James was amazing with my friend and I while we were selling her rings. He went above and beyond and explain us all about diamonds and gold. The whole transaction felt honest and transparent. He even stayed late to finalize everything with us. I would highly recommend him to everyone who needs to sell gold!

So smooth and easy. Gary was very knowledgeable and up front about the whole process. They do a free, no pressure assessment of what you have and then let you decide from there. Will definitely be bringing future gold/silver to them.

Lied over the phone to get me into their store to low ball me. Go to Golden peaks for sure! They then tried to claim this comment as SLANDEROUS! These people are no good to do business with! Steer clear! You have a right to know BAD business from GOOD business.
Check out golden peaks. They were good to me over there!

Gary was super helpful and polite. He explained the entire testing process as he did it. Just cleaning out some old and broken jewelry got a fair price and great advice.Loved the friendly welcoming atmosphere! Thanks for a great experience!
