I began the online course for the 2-15 license at the end of December,2021. My new job at a very large insurer required the license. A seasoned and respected agent at the new job recommended Gold Coast schools. He was 150% right. Despite working 40 hrs a week, volunteering at my church, holidays, family events, I completed the full course in about 5 months. I scheduled the state exam for exactly a week after completion and passed with a score of 87!
My instructor, Pat Billera's experience, wisdom and wit breathed life into the lessons. The videos are broken up into easily digestible sections with quizzes to reinforce the material.
I highly recommend Gold Coast.

The program did what it set out to do. Gave me everything I needed to pass the state exam for the 220 license. Debra is incredibly full of incite, and really cares about your progress and getting you ready. I actually let her know I passed my exam before anyone else!!! Would recommend this program to everyone.

There is a reason why this school has so a high rating and it’s well earned. I decided to do the associate pre-license course online via zoom. I highly recommend anyone if you have an interest in real estate you should consider Gold Coast! I was very lucky to have an amazing instructor while I was attending Gold Coast Ricardo (Rick) Suarez, attending school from home can be challenging staying focused. He made learning enjoyable, he gave real life experience and he made sure we understood the material. I just hope when I do my post 45 hour I have Rick as instructor again!
