  Miles of great jogging, biking, or walking along Piscatiquag River and Glen lake. Recent crosswalk improvements.

  Beautiful Clean rail trail. The majority of it isn't paved which I find for the better. Nice people walk it. Over all really good.

  Great trail now that the bridge over the Merrimack river is complete. Easy grade and very scenic. Not crowded.
