These guys are awesome. They always get me outfitted with the right gear and clothing. I ice climb do is important to have the right gear!

My experience was bad I bought my girlfriend a coat for Christmas it doesn't fit and she didn't like it or spent 220 thats a lot of money to us so after buying on Xmas eve we left to head to family's down south we were there for 3 1/2 weeks we got home yesterday went to return coat then they owner says we only have a 20 day return policy so I was 6 days late I said I am sorry and we were 1000 miles away and didn't know about there only 20 day policy is there anything he. Could do him being the owner nope In store credit at a lower price then I paid because he was gonna loose money but if I would have returns 5 dysfunction ago he would of had to give me my cash this place is a joke don't go there any body I talk to has bad things to say about this guy but his reviews are all gleaming hmm mm a little suspect if u ask me
