  I unfortunately will not be returning to this establishment. I have been there a couple of times for different services facials, chemical peels, etc. And I loved my esthetician Tiffany. I always bought products that were recommended but I had scheduled an appt as I was checking out the last time I received services which was back in Feb for this past Monday in March for a facial to get ready for a vacation trip. I showed up to my appt on time. The receptionist checked in a lady that arrived after me( which I would later find out was who had received my appt slot) and then once she was called back told me I didn't have any appt scheduled. I advised her that I made my appt before I left from my service previously. Basically was questioned about if I had a card or received a phone call. Told the girl that I told the other receptionist last time I was here that I wasn't receiving text messages from them but was told my number was in the system and I was checked to receive them. Anyways was told I could reschedule my appt that it was a booking error. Advised them that I had this appt scheduled well over a month out and I had even left work early to attend my appt. Was told there was nothing they could do and if I could come back later this week they could possibly squeeze me in. I advised them that I couldn't come back this week because I had already taken off work early for this appt and that my schedule this week wouldn't allow it due to me leaving for vacation. Was told they would leave my number to have a manager call me to see if they could make up for the mishap. I have yet to hear from the manager. How they treat their customers is ridiculous especially repeat customers who put out a good amount of money for their services. Their policy is that if you are a no show they charge a portion of the service fee but yet they don't hold themselves to their own standard. I looked back at the reviews and apparently this is not the first time this has happened. So I would not recommend this business and I will not be returning.

  I called on Friday (Dec 16th) to see if they had any appointments for a 60 minute sports massage. The girl told me they did, proceeds to schedule it then after taking my card information to hold the appointment she realized there was one booked before that went into the appointment she’d just given me. She asks me if I would be willing to do 30 minutes instead of an hour. I explain I needed to do an hour. She says okay I can call the manager to see if it would be okay to extend it since we close earlier on Saturday and I’ll call you back to let you know. We hang up and then I get a text confirming my appointment. I call back to clarify and she’s like oh no I grabbed the spot so you didn’t lose it but I still have to confirm. 5 hours later the woman calls back to confirm my appointment for the next day at 5pm for an hour. Today (as in the day of the appointment) at almost 4pm (about an hour before my appointment) I get a call from the massage therapist saying the appointment was made in error. I explain that the manager confirmed the appointment time etc and the massage therapist says it was an error and they need to reschedule. An hour before said appointment you realized it was scheduled in error? I would have booked somewhere else or even on a different date if the time wasn’t available but they said it was. The fact that this place essentially wasted my time both yesterday and today is so unprofessional.

  I've been seeing Shia for laser hair removal and she is HANDS DOWN the BEST! I started seeing her last year and ended up having to take a break (due to finances). I just recently started back up. Shia's knowledge and expertise blows me away. Shia has such a wonderful personality, makes you feel at ease, and takes the time to explain everything and answer any and ALL questions you have (and I know because I always have ten million questions and she's always been so kind and patient with me). Before starting with Shia last year, I had gone to another place. I wasn't seeing the type of results from the other place that I'd hope to have seen. That's when I found Shia at Glow Med Spa. After just ONE appointment with her, I noticed better results than I ever did with the other place I had been going to. I continued seeing Shia for my laser hair removal, but unfortunately wasn't able to complete the necessary number of sessions due to finances. I'm so glad to have been able to get back in with Shia and to be "back on track" with the laser hair removal. The atmosphere is so beautiful and relaxing and everyone that works here is so nice. I HIGHLY recommend Shia and Glow Med Spa!

  Haven’t had very good experiences unfortunately. Booked appointment, drove 45 minutes out of the way and they said they never scheduled it. They charge when you miss your appointments, yet nothing is offered when they fail to keep theirs.
  
  Took two hours to perform a 45 minute service on another occasion and completely botched it. Very surprised that no gift card, refund, or complimentary service of any kind was offered in either case. I recommend avoiding this location.

  This place is so amazing! I've been going to Glow for a couple of years now at their Northside and Short Pump locations. Hands down, they have outdone themselves at this location! The atmosphere is amazing and there are visual effects on the ceiling, too! I've always received great services from all locations, but this location might be my favorite!!!
  
  I drove through the tornado last week to make it, that's how great they are!
  
  If you're a Glow fan, try this new spot out! its worth the drive and it's easier to get and appointment (for now). If you've never been to a Glow location, try it out soon. best product, best service and best people I've ever had for any skincare maintenance!
