My princess felt like a REAL princess in her beautiful dress. Staff was incredibly helpful. Standing by ready to assist in EVERY way she could! Even walked my LO to our car with her dress is tow!

I just purchased a prom dress for my oldest daughter. Owner Tracy was extremely helpful, professional, and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The dress we purchased is gorgeous and high quality. I enjoy the whole experience.

I absolutely love this store!!! I have gotten two prom dresses from here. During both my visits I was given great help from the workers! They make sure to help find something your style and give great advice! I would definitely recommend shopping here!

Love girli girl and their staff! Wonderful ladies that are always willing to help! I have gotten both of my prom dresses there and plan to go back. I had Kaitlin who helped me and my best friend the whole time! :)

What an experience I just had in this store. We were assigned a girl to help us. We sai that we were looking for a court dress. My daughter asked the sales girl about a dress and she was rude saying in a very bad mood, that wasn't her size and walked away. As we continued looking another sales person very polite offers to help. She said to let her know if we found anything she wanted to try on. Meanwhile the first girl comes back and asked if we wanted anything. My daughter said we may not buy anything today. She left and 2 seconds later this lady comes to us and said that we will not be assigned a helper anymore since we were not buying anything and they would not waist the girls time. If we changed our mind to go back in line.in another words, we felt she was asking us to leave. I guess you can only go in if you are sure you are going to find what you want and buy it that minute. If not get out and don't bother.
Great customer service for a store that only has high end designers dresses.
I am horrified and never felt so bad or out of place in a store.response / report this review -

Good selection of dresses. The store's energy is kinda weird Wasn't thrilled with the overall atmosphere of ladies. Total turn off. Good dresses though.😕

The sales associate Alysia is the sweetest girl and was very helpful. The owner of the store was extremely rude and unkind. For a woman selling such high class dresses you would expect her to be kind and helpful. There was only one dress left in my size and it had a tear and stains. When speaking to her about it she told me to "find a new dress" even after I expressed how much I loved that dress. She barely gave me a discount not even 10% off and walked away. My prom is less than 2 weeks away I have no time to order another dress. I will never come back.

The selection and service were everything I could ask for. The dress we wanted had to be ordered from Canada. As soon as it was in I was notified. Pick up, fitting, alterations ALL went smoothly. My daughter is really pleased with everything.

Girli Girl is the perfect place to find a dress!! I had a few complications with my dress for prom but they were able to order a new dress for me which came in within 2 days and had it steamed and ready to go for pick up. Everyone is very helpful, patient, and encouraging and they have so many different styles and colors to choose from. I have had a great experience here and I definitely recommend Girli Girl!!

This store is amazing!!!! Everyone is extremely friendly and very helpful! I wouldn't have had a better experience anywhere else. They have a huge selection of dresses and it was very very organized! Love the historical building! Julia Estes who write a bad review must not be very bright just saying. The building is historical. You were in down town historical Buford. Also the store is very organized! If you go anywhere else you will have truly missed the best dress you can buy! Girli girl is amazing!!!
