I am a wife, a mother of two beautiful children, and a preschool teacher for 2 - 3 year olds. I love to create and make new things. I am always trying to new patterns, stitches, and fibers when I crochet.

Crocheting has been a hobby and passion in my family for generations. My great-grandmother taught me how to crochet when I was young and I have been doing it for over 20 years. Not only do I love creating, but the process of working with the yarn fibers makes me feel connected to my great-grandmother and I hope to pass it on to my daughter as she grows. I have always enjoyed creating and crocheting, but it wasn't until after I was expecting my first child that I really became passionate. Even before she was born, I prepared for her by making blankets, hats, christening gowns, and more. It was a way that I could give her an heirloom that I hope she will one day pass on to her own children. Crocheting is not just a hobby, it is an art that connects people through generation after generation.
