  John J. Gilligan and Michael Sarris are the most unethical attorneys you will ever meet. Sloppy and will expose your unredacted finances and social security numbers of you and your children to the world. The both give attorneys.... especially family law attorneys a bad name. John J. Gilligan will not negotiate at all, plays discover games, and refuses to move the case forward in order to make as much money for himself and his firm as possible. Unethical through and through. Represented my husband, a domestic violence perpetrator, and suggested he take the children away from me on a "stay-cation," to extort property and custodial control. Does not represent the best interests of the children at all. Please do not use him if you love your children. Great if you want to waste money on both sides, make no progress on your divorce and have your children be interrogated by DCSF. After he suggests your children be taken away, he has them interviewed and traumatized by DCSF -- it's terrible. He cost our family $155,000 and made no progress on our case with a second attorney to take it over. Avoid at all costs.

  I hired Gilligan, Frisco, & Trutanich, LLP to help me with a complicated family court case. You know you have hired the right attorney when they drop everything and respond to you immediately. Mr. Gilligan and his entire staff were extremely professional, and kept me up-to-date on the proceedings of the case daily. There were times that I was probably annoying with all of my questions but at no time did the firm ever make me feel like I was asking too many questions or not letting them do their job. I would highly highly highly recommend Gilligan Frisco & Trutanich Family Law Specialist. Thank you so much for your hard work and great results.

  As difficult as this new journey was for myself and children, I really feel I had an amazing team on my side. My initial meet was Ms Tse who had the patience of a saint. She explain process and procedure and never left me standing alone. Mr. Gilligan went to bat for me and again not a stone was left unturned. The ladies in the background (Ana, Angie and Carly) also major players as each and every call was exceptional, never rushed, always listened and most of all didn’t hung up until I understood. Thank you all for your strength during this time because I was walking blindly. And thank you for your continuous support and concern.

  Janine Frisco is an amazing attorney, and person. A rare find!! Ms. Frisco navigated me through a mean spirited divorce with grace and class. Clearly an indication of her intelligence and understanding of the law. When I wanted to give in, she would fight for me. She treated me with respect and kindness, and threw in some good humor along the way. As a life long legal secretary, Ms. Frisco is the kind of attorney every attorney should strive to be. I’ve seen and worked with all kinds of attorneys. Ms. Frisco is the real deal.
