  GIlbert pool Services and repairs's staff is excellent. They are exceptionally responsive to problems, even outside of our normal service schedule. They are helpful with repair recommendations, and always reliable. We have used them for eight years now and have never once considered using another company.

  The Gilbert Poolman take care of my swimming pool, and I am extremely satisfied with their services. The team of professionals is knowledgeable and courteous, and they always arrive on time and well-prepared.

  This company is extremely unprofessional and has very poor customer service. I continued to use them as they installed my new pool pump system. Lesson learned, you do not have to use the same company that installed your equipment and for that I am thankful. So I called the company to explain i was out of town do to a family emergency and when I came back a few weeks later my pool was in bad shape. So I asked them based on the prior service estimate performed what was the most important thing I could do to get my pool back in working condition. The rep Lillie who answered the phone said she would send someone out to speak with m. Right then and there if she would have told me it was going to cost $125 to have some one come put and review the written estimate with me i would have told her no thank you. Secondly she stated the pool person would call me when they were on their way. By 5:30 pm we said forget it and spoke with our next door neighbor who brought over their hose to back wash and let me know what we needed to do. I had every chemical you can imagine except for Sylarilic acid. So we proceeded to clean pool add the necessary chemicals and at 6:33pm Gilbert pools calls and let's me know their here. I asked him what items o could do based on the prior estimate and then I asked him what items did he have with him which were none. He was able to replace the pump lid at a cost of $15.99 The rep then had the nerve to ask me for a $125 service call. WHAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!! You show up after hours not prepared to do anything on the estimate which was the conversation I had with Lillie. When I attempt to pay for the lid your rep rudely states how I owe him for coming out especially with the cost of gasoline. Woe, how about hire competent employees eith effective communication skills(written and verbal) then you won't have these issues again. It is very rare i write a review unless I want to help others avoid the same experience i had. The worst company ever, do not risk it. Trust they are not worth it!!!!!!!!

  I hired Jake with Gilbert Poolman, LLC to perform a pool remodel at my home. He and his team turned a 25 year old plaster pool into a beautifully remodeled pebble pool in almost no time! I was extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism I received (for a great price, too - lower than other quotes). Jake does more than just service your pool - if you are looking for someone to perform a remodel, I highly recommend Jake. He is passionate about his job, and even gave me some pointers to use in the future. Great communication and top notch service. Thanks!

  I highly recommend this pool service company. We have used Gilbert Poolman over the last several years for vacation service, repairs and, (just this week) for tile cleaning. This company has been exceptional and wonderful to work with. Austin is awesome! He used a new product to clean calcium deposits from the tile, making it almost as clean as new.
  
  My experience is that they always have done a good job as well as have been courteous and friendly. Work is executed in professional manner and any issues are dealt with promptly. Jake, the owner, goes above and beyond, satisfying all concerns.
