  First time I have experienced a dental visit that was not only a tranquil experience given I was watching exotic places on a flat screen on the ceiling but the treatment I received was a red carpet , family style welcoming! I am beyond elated that I have unequivocally found the best dentist in all the beach cities. This dental office exudes relaxation from the moment the office manager greets you to the positive surroundings! No I am not related, dr ray was recommended by a good friend & could not be more excited knowing I am in great hands & eyes in a word , a true "professional"!
  
  Had additional follow up work to replacement a broken crown, what made this experience exceptional were 2 things: A. Painless B. My crown was replaced in 2 hours!
  
  Unlike past treatments where a temporary crown is placed given a molding is sent out office and you have to come back to have the replacement put in. Dr Ray was a magician and had my tooth 3 D scanned and replaced within 15 minutes. Total treatment in and out within 2 hours!

  As a new patient for Dr Ray, I had a great experience today. For one, the location is very convenient if you live in the South Bay, with ample parking in the lot or on the street.
  
  The receptionist is very welcoming and pleasant to talk to, which is a breath of fresh air for new patients. As for Dr Ray, I have nothing but great things to say. He was very candid about what he thought I should do, even though it went counter to what other dentists might have recommended. Furthermore, he was very easy to speak with and listened to all my concerns/questions before responding. When I needed to schedule a follow-up appointment, one of the nice things that he did was pull up his calendar/schedule right in front of me. That's pretty rare these days, as most healthcare professionals usually send you to the frontdesk/receptionist to book another appointment. However, in my case, I was under a time crunch in terms of needing work done, and so Dr. Ray simply pulled up his calendar right in front of me and booked a slot that worked with my schedule.

  The entire experience is 5 stars. T is super helpful, nice, and very welcoming from the get go. She obviously has a lot of experience to facilitate the ease of scheduling, dealing with insurance, prior dentist, greeting, tour, and follow ups. I've had good dentists before, but their team has been subpar. This was not the case here.
  
  Dr Ray was great! Their new technology made it easy on my teeth and gums. Normally it feels that I'm getting stabbed with a pitch fork and this process is so much easier. He's very competent but also blends the soft skills to make the process more enjoyable.
  
  Highly recommend.

  I’m glad I found Giant Smiles Dental Office in Manhattan Beach. When I called the office to learn more about the office and the services, I was greeted with such kindness. Taronda the dental assistant was very nice, professional & answered all my questions. I scheduled my cleaning appointment and was seen by Dr. Ray. He was very nice, very detailed with the cleaning. He did a tongue cancer screening which was nice because that had never been done at any dental office I’ve been at. Dr. Ray is very pleasant & professional and he makes sure you are ok during your exam & answered my questions without me feeling rushed. I also appreciate how clean the dental office is and all the up to date & modern equipment Dr. Ray has in his office. Once again Thank you Taronda & Dr. Ray for a great dental care experience you both are awesome! I highly recommend this dental office….you won’t be disappointed!

  Wow, what can I say except outstanding. I am apprehensive about the dentist, Dr. Ray put me at ease through the entire process. I never liked my smile and would purposely never smile in a picture. I saw Dr. Ray for 8 porcelain veneers. He gives the best shots, you barely feel anything! He advised me to not go to white because the veneers would look fake. We opted on the whitest shade he would go. Guess what he was right! My teeth look natural and I am proud of my smile now. I can't recommend Dr. Ray enough. I wish I could give 6 stars!
