    Attention future customers,

    If you want an RV dealership that has friendly and professional employees then this is the place to buy from! My sales specialist, Ms. Katie Hennessey was accommodating, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Katie texted and video'd me several models after listening to my description of the kind of RV I wanted. She scheduled me an appointment to come in and look at it. Once I got there Katie walked me through all the "bells and whistles" of my unit. She was thorough and friendly and not at all bossy. Because of her positive interaction with me and her instinct to show me exactly what I was asking for I bought that RV. Giant Recreation World Winter Garden is wonderful and when you go there ask for Ms. Katie Hennessey!

    My family and I were on vacation when we had an issue with our TT (Travel Trailer) water heater the day before Thanksgiving. Gave the service department a call and told them my situation and asked if they could fit me in. Was told they were booked but bring my TT by and they will try to take a look but could not make any promises. I ran late getting there and didn’t make it until right before lunch. They had me unhook and brought it straight to the shop. I wasn’t even finished with my lunch and they called saying we were good to go. From the time I walked up to the time leaving every service individual I encounter was very helpful. I did not buy from here so can not speak on that side; however, if you need any service work done here I highly recommend it. I wish I lived closer for all my service needs. Thank you very much for your assistance with getting my family back on the road.

    Thinking about Buying an RV? PLEASE read before you do.

    Giant Recreation World or Giant Disappointment? Hurricane Irma devastated our house. Due to mold issues, reconstruction will take months to complete, leaving my family without a home to live in. The fix? The new 2018 Coachmen Chaparral 370fl from Giant Recreation World to live in while re-construction is occurring. After graciously offering to drive the RV to my property, I accepted. It is difficult for myself to do these actions myself due to being a permanently disabled first responder due to injuries received on duty. However, I would have rather hired a teenager with a new permit who recognizes some aspect of humility. The driver which transported the rv to my property hit a grape fruit tree while backing the rv. The rv received some minor damage (mostly scratches) to the left front side and to be honest, I felt sorry for the driver. I even tipped him $20 for his time because accidents happen. I called Giant Recreation World and spoke with the sales manager who informed me to call the next day and talk with Dennis the General Manager. My wife spoke with Dennis concerning the damages. During their conversation my wife asked me to pick up the phone. She told me he was being condescending and demeaning to her because he could not be bothered by our situation. After an introduction I was greeted with a blatant accusation that it was my fault for allowing his driver to collide with the tree with the sarcastic remarks that closely mimicked the attitude of my teenage daughter. I immediately was put on the stand to his questioning as he tried to figure out a hole in the story for which I would be liable for his driver’s actions.
    At this point his nonexistent law degree ceased to be a factor and his tone became antagonistic. I tried to alleviate the tension with an apology for the frustration and how this issue could be resolved. His “solution”, was for me to drive the RV back to their location, and IF they have time, they will get to it. Apparently, the thought process was that camping outside our demolished home was more logical than trying to prioritize a paying customer with a legitimate concern.
    I pray that no other individuals have to go through this. We have been able to save friends who thought of retiring and purchasing an RV from Giant Recreation World as they experienced the same red flags through the dealership showroom. It should be noted that in the Better Business Bureau they are NOT accredited. Although their estimated rating shows an acceptable rating, they currently have multiple complaints that are not resolved as well as approximately ZERO positive reviews. Learn from our experience so you don’t fall into the same trap. God Bless.

    Decent selection and knowledgeable staff. In the end, we did purchase our new 2018 travel trailer from this location. Loved the **Lifetime Warranty** they offered here that we couldn't find anywhere else. Cost of the trailer was a few thousand more, but equivalent to what it would have cost us for the 3 year extended warranty at all the other locations and lifetime beats three years every time. Higher quality trailers as well. Over all, we a very happy with our decision and purchase from Giant Recreation. We definitely recommend you make this one of your stops along your RV purchasing journey.

    I've been to many RV dealers and I can say that coming in to Giant Rec is a top notch experience. They have a great indoor showroom that you can browse around in and it's a good positive atmosphere!

    Rented 3 times from you guys and each time it has been an amazing experience resulting in amazing vacations. The last trip we were the first to use the unit, it was brand new!! Highly recommended!!

    Dont buy any type of a used coach from them. They claim *if it works we dont check it out* exact quote from the sales manager today. After they promised they do a very thorough inspection. Make sure you bring your own inspector./mechanic with you before you buy used from GRW.
    Check for water damage and the slide boxes/gears. Upon initial inspection we found the front dlides completly rotten from water damage, We told them it was a condition of the sale to fix it so they did. We then asked is there any danage to the rear bedroom slide they said no its perfect. Well that was not so. The rear gear box was rusted stripped and would not work when we went to use it for the first time. . When I called i was told Because it *worked* they didnt feel the need to inspect it to see if it was rusted out. Steer clear. Not only did the slide not work ....when we went to manually crank it out the bar was broken ...wouldnt even turn and we had to call an expensive repair man. GRW did nothing
    Thank God for Pro Tech Mobile RV Repair. ..and Giant recreation worlds response...*Oh Well, dont buy from us again* How Professional. Totally different acting once you purchase. Manager Dennis is a rude man who should have nothing to do with sales or the public. However the sweet woman who runs the accessory department is a wonderful angel.

    Well worth an hour drive, the parts Dept and Elizabeth are top notch.
    Bought something that turned out defective from the factory and they stood behind the purchase with zero hassle. I was expecting the worst but walked in and the exchange took 1 minute.
    Couldn't be any nicer !

    The service department is the Mercedes Benz of the RV world. The staff is always courteous and professional and see to it that everything is done correctly and fully. Ricky has always made my visit special and I thank him and the rest of the service department. Carol Schumacher
