  I've never gotten produce to where it molded in two days and I had to throw out. It's my go to store. I waited over thirty min. With just two lines open at another local store. New manager was on duty there. But everyone is very friendly and helpful in this store....

  I found all that I needed to. Went to the self check out, the gentleman assigned there was very helpful due to the p.o.s. system was not working. He fixed it right away. On the down side I felt that the customer service manager rushed me as she moved the cart I was using closer to the credit card machine so when ready to finish my order, I couldn't reach it. She told me I was in the way when clearly I wasn't. Then when almost finished the same manager came over to me and proceeded to move the cart I was using and try to shuffle me out. She called another lady over as I was trying to place my receipt and change in my purse. I made a quick comment but felt I was one on an assembly line. Giant is one of 3 grocery stores in just a few miles of each other as well as myself. We, as residents have choices. The picture below is the customer service manager.   Great place to shop for groceries! I always find what I need at Giant. Produce is always fresh. The deli carries a large variety of meat, cheeses and salads. They always have a lot of items on sale and it's easy to build up gas points for just shopping at this store, but the most important reason I shop at Giant are the employees. They are the best! They really must love their job, because if they don't, then they've had me fooled. I don't care how low the prices are or how much variety a store carries if the employees are rude, I won't go back.

  Sometimes right after church me and my family gets fish and thats the best fish ever just right for a sunny Sunday afternoon 😀

  Went through self checkouts and Toni working them is awesome what a nice person she is so helpful. She is definitely the right employee to handle the shelf checkouts.

  It was okay and at the time convenient to where I was in my day. Personally, I prefer the Giant in Rehoboth Beach, that store has a better lay out, easy to find the things you most frequently use or want. When you enter that store the produce department is right there, in Long Neck it's all the way on the other side of the store, not close to dairy, cheese, etc. It makes for a quick stop if that's what you want. Long Neck does not have a good organization in their produce and even personnel could not direct me to what I wanted. All in all, I like Giant, however, this store is not in my opinion, user friendly. And seems low on staff to ask for help. Otherwise, it is a normal supermarket experience. But the one thing I love about Giant is the self checkout. All supermarkets should have this feature, so if your purchases are not bagged to your specifications, it's no one's fault but your own.

  Just moved to Southern DE from NJ and received the greatest customer support at Giant than I ever received from NJ stores. And a shoutout to Gina for putting aside my salad containers I forgot to take home. She is truly a people's person and dynamic store manager!!!

  Got through the line but like most grocery stores during the summer season its still gonna be a wait.. Felt bad for the cashier.who was asked to stay longer just to get down the lines.. The lines were never ending and I felt she was stuck..

  Every staff person at this store makes every effort to help you find what you need. A new check-out self-service area was created and moved up front. Regular checkouts are now styled like Wal-Mart so the process is much quicker. Product selection has changed, though, and I can't always find a brand I'd like. Prices are good and there are always diacoints.

  I just want cooked ham 35 freaking minutes and 2 patrons served. Still in line!!! Don't wanna be rude but "Move with a purpose".Deli can't keep up with in this place ever BEWARE
