They cut my mother's hair and she thinks it looks great. I don't have the heart to tell her that it looks like a preschooler cut her hair with those dull rounded scissors.

I have natural curly hair that has a mind of its own. I went to see Laren and she is awesome! She colored, and cut my hair and introduced product that would be great for my hair to keep it healthy. She and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. I do have to drive a distance but it is well worth it. I highly recommend Giacomo's. Ask for Laren!

I have been there for 6 months and have had 5 different stylist. 4 of the 5 stylist were excellent. I would recommend this place for a mens haircut under 30 bucks.

I have had my hair done at Giacomo's since I moved to Troy-13 years ago. Their service is the best! When I call to make an appointment, I can always hear the smile of the receptionist on the other end and when I arrive I am greeted with the same. The nail service is awesome, the massages are heavenly, and the hair services are cutting edge! They always make me feel beautiful!

They are very professional and keep up with all of the latest trends. This is Troy's finest. For years I just came in for a great haircut and blow-out. I've recently added manicures and facials and love the services that I receive here. Pleasant surroundings, friendly people, and highly skilled stylists and aesthetician- I always recommend Giacomo's to anyone looking for a salon or spa.

LOVE this salon! The staff is very friendly and it is very clean and modern. I love how they ask you if you would like a drink while you wait. Amanda and Megan did an amazing job with my hair!
