    I am in the market for a New Civic. You should never contact this place unless you love non-sense. It is completely a waste of my valuable time to talk to any sales associates there. Their Integrity is in negative value territory. The sales price of the vehicle will keep changing. Hahaha. Long story short; you will not win if i cant. I end up getting the car from Honda Maryville. It is worth the drive. Hope it helps future Honda buyer.

    If I could give zero stars I would.
    I called to ask if they would honor a courtesy oil change from another dealership. The rep on the phone said yes. After driving over an hour with a toddler in the car I arrived and was told they would not honor the oil change. I will never be back. I recommend anywhere but Germain.

    Chris Glover has helped me with two leases and recently helped me with the purchase of my dream car - a Honda Pilot. Chris has always remained professional, calm, and patient. He is honest and upfront, and just an all around nice guy. He offers great advice and takes the stress out of the car leasing/purchasing process. Chris always follows up and responds to calls and emails in a timely manner. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a car - he is my car salesman for life!

    Chris Glover and Jessica Kincaid were fantastic to work with. They were able to very easily show me the exact cars that I had been looking at online. Chris was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the different trim packages, so I could pick the right accord for me.

    This is a great place to go if you have minor repairs and maintenance. An nondrivable vehicle? Well, apparently you need the blessing of every technician in the dealership to have a vehicle towed in and dropped off the night before.

    I set an appointment with them, but then realized that getting my car to them, required a jumpstart every time. So it would have been nice if I could have had it just towed in the night before. So I call Germain so they know what's going on. Was on hold for 30 minutes. Never got to talk to anyone. Logged in, and did the live chat. Explained the situation and was told that I had to wait for a call back.

    Well, I'm a little hard to get a hold of during the day. That's just the nature of my job, but if I know when a call is coming, I can rearrange my breaks and lunch to take it. They couldn't give me an approximate call back time. I asked if I could arrange a time when it was best to call. Was told they couldn't guarantee they would call me at that time but they would "leave a note."

    Okay, calling me at a time I can't answer, kind of, sort of defeats the purpose of calling at all. Just saying.

    Needless to say, I'm going to be a no show come Wednesday. Hate to do that, but since I can't cancel my appointment and can't tow the car in without someone talking to me first, there's nothing I can do.

    UPDATE: Twist ending! They didn't call. Like, at all. Surprise surprise.

    I have been a customer of Germain Honda for the last couple of years and I have always had great experiences. I have used the service department, body shop, and detail shop and have always left more than satisfied. I have never felt pressured to do anything extra and the customer service is the best I've encountered in this industry. I will keep coming back.

    My last visit for an oil change they gave me a list of expensive items that needed replaced. They said brake pads were wore down. The entire cost was 1100 which included some filters,wipers,brake fluid. I took it to another garage who told me the brake pads were never even taken off to measure because they were stuck on. I did not need rear. I got all of the required items and it was 174.78 out the door. Big difference on price. I bought my car from them so not sure why they want to rip off an old lady. Bad business. The previous tech was rude and made sure he put my email wrong for the survey. Don't recommend them for service. I went to Wayne's in Marysville

    DO NOT TRUST
    There is no integrity in people. They do not own consequences of their actions.
    I was instructed by their own salesman to drive through the car wash - got the car damaged and later they said you should not have driven through car wash
    I have a huge dent in my new car
    If you like Honda cars (like I do), go to a different showroom and hope the people are truthful and value integrity

    Kevin made my car buying experience the best one I've ever had! I walked in knowing what price I was willing to pay, what I had down and what monthly payment I wanted. He didn't dick around or try to steer me in a different direction. He turned his computer toward me and started scrolling through everything they had in my price range. One I found a few I liked we took a look and I found the one I wanted. When we went back in he immediately pulled up the carfax for the car and showed me everything I needed to know without even having to ask! He made sure I knew what I was buying! Then when we went to fill out the paperwork the finance manager was able to get me an even better deal than I thought possible with an incredible interest rate! From the moment I walked in until I left the entire process took less than an hour and I was in the exact car I wanted at a price better than I thought possible! I HIGHLY suggest stopping by and seeing what they can do for you! You may be surprised! Definitely going here for all my car buying needs in the future!

    I am just amazed by the services offered : prompt, perfect, earlier than I expected.
    I even was transported home to not spend the waiting time at in the Honda shop building.

    We stopped in to test drive and rule out the Odyssey SE thinking we were set on a van we liked from a car salesman we didn't love... but ultimately had such a great customer experience coupled with really loving the van that we abandoned the planned return trip to the other guys and left the lot with a new set of wheels! Great team and we love the van!

    I just bought a new Fit from Germain and I love it! My salesperson, Lou Hernandez, made sure I got a great price and the exact color I wanted. I even arrived later than I meant to on the day I purchased the vehicle and everyone needed stayed after hours to make sure I could take my Fit home that night. I'd definitely recommend Germain if someone is looking at a new or used Honda.

    Can I give 0 stars? I agreed to buy a new Honda Fit, put a down payment on the vehicle on Monday, and agreed that I'd pick it up on Saturday. This is a graduation gift for my daughter. On Friday, I learn that they sold the car to someone else during the week, and then want me to pay more $$$ to get a similar vehicle from another dealership. Seriously??? If this is how they do business - buyer BEWARE!!!!

    We are very pleased for what Chris Glover did for us, he got the car we wanted. It is the third car we got from Chris Glover. He has knowledge and experience that can make a customer very happy, to understand the purchase/ lease process in simple terms, and a customer to make a decision at that moment. The professionalism is at high level from sales all the way to management. We will go back again in near future to get another car from Chris Glover when the lease expires. He was able to do everything until we get the car we wanted in short time. After the purchase/ lease process has completed and got the car's key, we left the dealership VERY HAPPY and SATISFIED.
