I am transforming into a very unsatisfied customer. I have been a customer of GOCU since 2010. It is very disappointing that the bank isn't easily accessible. Especially since they are no longer open on Saturday's. The busniness hours aren't updated yet on their website or google. I solemnly believe that customer's should be able to bank with the union when it is convenient to them and, not when it is convenient to the union. This is just something that a this credit union can not offer.

It was convenient having a branch near me but they are not open during the normal business hours of the other branches. Plus the location is really terrible.

Worst branch to go to. The branch manager Sandy Wilson was not very helpful at at concerning overdraft fees on account. She did not even take the time to look up my account information to check for errors. I DO NOT recommend anyone go to this branch, save your time and go to a different branch where they actually care and treat you with respect.
