  Started looking for a vehicle and went to Gengras Chevy to look at a used vehicle on the lot. Went inside to inquire about one of the vehicles. Sam Mozzicato was the person who helped us. He showed us a few cars. We ended up buying a 2017 Chevy Traverse. There were a couple of minor items that we asked to be changed. Sam had it taken care of without any issues.
  We are very happy with our Traverse and would recommend Sam Mozzicato & Gengras Chevy to anyone looking for a vehicle.👍

  What an awesome experience! Our salesman Sam Mozzicato was great. He was attentive and knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable from the moment he greeted us at the door!! We would definitely buy a car from him again and would feel comfortable referring our friends and family!

  We had been looking for a Chevy Traverse for a while and had some bad experiences with other dealerships. We found a 2014 online through Gengras. From the online chat to meeting with Sam in person, it was a great experience! We ended up purchasing a vehicle the day we went in. Sam was extremely helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted. Tony in finance was great too. He gave us many options and helped us choose the best one for us. When we came in to get ththe car, Sam walked me through every feature in the vehicle and explained everything I needed to know. Tony also reviewed everything with us and we were extremely happy. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car in any price range. We have dealt with a lot of dealerships and this one was top notch.

  I recently bought a 2014 Jeep Compass from Sam and I am happy I chose Gengras! The whole staff was very helpful during my car-buying experience and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Sam was very knowledgeable and even got me a free oil change on my previous vehicle before I turned it in! If you're looking for a quality vehicle and a great staff, you will find both at Gengras.

  The service department representative I dealt with was Kimberly. She was knowledgeable, professional and was a pleasure to work with. I was very pleased with the experience and suggested this dealership to a friend who also drives a Chevy. I will be back for some additional work that will need to be done soon.

  Worst car experience ever. I would not recommend this dealer. Took an extreme amount of time to even get in a vehicle. After telling them we only wanted to look at the truck and have an end price, they still went through the entire process. Continued to ask about leasing after we specifically said we were not interested, nor were we going to leave with the truck that night. 15 minute intro about how great their service is with a booklet. We asked for an appraisal while we were testing driving the truck and they made us do it when we got back. To us, it just seemed like any where else you go, they can get that done. They say they want to get it done in a timely manner but ask too many questions, fill out a sheet about what you want in a vehicle instead of just talking to us about it . After we say we have to leave, they say it 'will only be a couple more minutes' yet we were still there another 45 minutes. Ford across the street, we were in and out in 45 minutes. Just too much small talk going around in circles. We just wanted an in and out experience but that is not something you will get there!

  Went in looking for a 2017 Equinox and left with a new 2018 Equinox. Sam was a great sales man. He understood our needs and wants. Sam was very patient with our indecisiveness. If your looking for a new car ask for Sam! The staff at Gengras were great, from asking if we wanted a drink or snack all the way to the finance advisor explaining everything to us! Thanks again Gengras Chevy!

  Gengras had the truck that met all my needs at a competitive price. My sales associate, Sam, was great to work with. My trade-in was in great shape and their offer reflected that fact. I needed other accessories and the dealership got them and installed them quickly at a price that put a smile on my face. Even though I made them work for this sale, they still make me feel like a valued customer. I will be doing my servicing there.

  When I was trying to leave the gym, every time I would press the gas, my car would die. So I had it towed to Gengras and as soon as it got there, an associate by the name of Ruben called us to let us know everything that was going on. He did so in a warm and friendly manner and not once did he use words or car knowledge that confused us. Luckily, my repair was quick and easy and as soon as we showed up to the dealership to pick it up, we were greeted by the same warm guy we had talked to on the phone. Not only was he able to answer all of our questions with ease, he made us feel right at home with Gengras. They also wash and vacuum your car for free and have very reasonably priced oil changes. I'd say that it's safe to say Ruben and Gengras saved Christmas.

  Had a great experience with Michele Dube as my sales person. Great follow up communication. I'm very happy with my Colorado and the price I got it at which was much lower than other dealerships. Just be sure you understand your APR as I was given 3.89% - When I called this out, I was able to secure 1.89%

  On my way to an out-of-town meeting, my engine warning light came on, immediately followed by other warnings. I phoned the dealership back in New Jersey where I bought my 2014 cruise for advice. They suggested I take my car to the nearest Chevrolet Dealership immediately, and e-mailed me the name and phone number for Gengras Chevrolet, noting they had excellent customer reviews. Fortunately for me, these were well-founded.
  
  Seth answered the phone when I called, provided the address, and said to come right in. He greeted me when I walked in, took my information, and had me pull the car right in to the service bay. He showed me to the customer waiting area and proceeded to diagnose the problem.
  
  Within 20 minutes, he came back to advise me very calmly that the intake manifold was the problem, which is covered under my powertrain warranty. He said they did not have the part, he has called around, and the nearest one was in Philadelphia. They could overnight it and fix the car the next day. He then hooked me up with a replacement car for the next 24 hours.
  
  True to his word, the part arrived the next day and the car was repaired. Seth's calming voice and professional demeanor ensured I knew I was in good hands at Gengras Chevrolet. His efficiency in getting me into a replacement car meant I did not have to miss the meeting I came into town to attend. And the expediency in repairing my car meant it was ready to go back home when I was! I could not be more pleased with the service I received that day!

  We had an excellent car buying experience with Gengras Chevrolet. It is a clean, modern dealership with a large customer lounge area to keep our three kids entertained while we discussed our options. Ben DeMatos was straight forward, helpful and made sure that our car buying experience was as hassle free as possible. Easily the best purchase experience we have had. I would definitely recommend going to Gengras if you are considering a GM product.

  I always take my car to Gengras Chevrolet Service dept. the price is right and the service staff are all customer service driven.
  They treat me in a way where I feel total comfort knowing they will resolve any issue with my car and they always take the time to explain everything I need to know. that to me is a big deal and because of this I have no choice but to give them a 5 star rating. I'd give them more if Google allowed it.
  Keep up the good work and you will keep me as a long term customer...
