  The staff at Gendron prevented a tragic loss from taking on additional grief or frustration. They were genuinely compassionate, organized and competent.
  Lindsey at the front office went above and beyond in navigating the coroners office and family doctor, to have them meet their responsibilities when they were unresponsive. The Communication with Gendron was clear and frequent. Not in a hurry to go back, but highly recommend and wont go anywhere else for this service.

  From the first time my sister spoke on the phone with Paul. Gendron and staff has been helpful and respectful. Amanda helped with details and options. As a retired Firefighter from Sarasota, I had a special connection with Paul. He is also a retired firefighter.

  Both my father and mother were put to rest at Gendron. Which I believe, they went above and beyond with helping me get through the loss of my parents.

  I have recently experienced the unfortunate task of needing to work with Funeral and Cremation Services for my dear family member. As I searched several people suggested that I contact Gendron and all three sources were completely independent of each other. I realized that Gendron must have a stellar reputation. I did contact Gendron and the people that I worked with demonstrated perfect examples of why Gendron is, by far, the most exceptional company to work with. It became consistently obvious that Gendron's standard is excellence, excellence is not the exception. There is a quality in Gendron that is genuine and I will forever be grateful for the privilege of the opportunity to have them take care of my brother and our family.

  Gendron Funeral & Cremation provided excellent service during a difficult time. My father had prepaid his cremation and Gendron handled the details of a Veteran's burial with ease and sensitivity. We never felt rushed and Gendron showed great respect & care for all the details. Excellent communication whether it was through email or a phone call.
