  I had the unfortunate experience of using Gendron Funeral for the funeral of my husband in May. There was several things that I was not happy with. There were no flowers, no remembrance pictures. I had to pay for a police escort even though they were supposed to give me 2 police escorts under my plan. I ended up paying for them out of pocket. The limo did not have any AC. We almost passed out so we ended up using our own vehicles to get to the funerals. The limo was old and dirty. The cards I was given were black and white instead of colored. I had to pay an additional 500 for the escort for the viewing when it was supposed to be included. I would not recommend it if you want to give your family a proper goodbye.

  Gendron funeral home was very patient and understanding with my situation. I live in Orlando so the commute to handle my mom’s funeral arrangements were difficult. They provided the best service and comfort in knowing that they were going to take care of my mother.

  I can only thank the Gendron Funeral & Cremation at Lehigh Acres, they took great care of my beloved Mother in such a difficult time. During that period of time I couldn't think straight on the things that I needed to do after my Mother's passing and they explain how everything works, the things that I needed to do, they even had a list with "to do" things. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much!
  The facility is very clean, pretty and in general everything is well organized. I don't wish losing your Mother upon anyone, but when the time comes, I highly recommend them.

  Gendron Funeral has a spectacular family service that was provided during these difficult times. The entire Gendron family was helpful, honest about all of their services and did everything in their power to make this process as smooth as possible. I can’t express how happy we are to have chosen them and will forever be thankful for how they treated us. Keep up the great work Gendron family!

  Gendron Funeral Home in Lehigh Acres was extremely caring, sympathetic, and emotionally supportive when I lost my mother-in-law. Cannot say enough about the constant communication and assistance during this difficult time. Being treated like family meant so very much. Whenever someone is in need of funeral services, I always suggest Gendron's to them, knowing from personal experience how well I was treated.
