I would highly recommend Dr. Williams. He really takes his time and is very thorough. His entire team is caring and attentive. He responds very quickly to left messages and follows up on his patients after the procedure. He even called me to discuss the procedure before I was his patient! His team makes sure your well taken care of before and after the procedure. The office staff is excellent and handles appointments quickly.

Dr. Williams is that increasingly rare thing - a physician and specialist who is not only knowledgeable but empathic. This is a physician who actually asks you to call him if you have questions. He also calls you personally to give you your test results even when the result is negative I.e., good. I have messed up insides due toa badly performed pelvic operation at a non-North Shore hospital. But I would trust him to perform a colonoscopy which, given my condition, would be more difficult than usual. I know this because he performed a procedure on my mom who had Crohn's Disease and also had a damaged intestinal tract.
