  If his work is anything like his attitude, I wouldn't use him. I'm in Key West spending my hard earned money and today encountered Gary. He proceeded to honk at me because I wasn't going fast enough on my scooter. He then pulled up beside me and began to curse at me. When I said we were visiting, he told me to take my f***in money and leave.
  Poor example of a businessman and he is a poor example of the " one human family" philosophy of the island.

  I recently had some major work done to my home in Key West. I wanted the very best, so I chose Gary the Carpenter construction. I have used Gary before, and have never had a bad experience with him or his work. But the workers he had at my house, and the woman who handles his billing left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. I do not believe workers should be at my house or anyone else's house while under the influence of anything. And it was quite obvious on two separate occasions that there was substance use while at my house. I found little problems here and there with the work- it was just sloppy at times. And the "office manager" was no better. I called to discuss the problems I had been experiencing and she was rude and showed no interest in making things right. I will not use Gary the Carpenter again, not because of him, but because of his help. And I will share my experience with as many people in town that will listen. I should not have to pay top dollar for less than par results.
