  Security needs to get their people on same page as to what is allowed. Front door personnel say yes to one item and inside personnel say no to same item. Trap to generate more $$$$ so that you have to check it. Absolutely unacceptable. First and last time at this place.

  Popcorn not as good as it use to be and the bags are smaller. The medium bag is now a large bag. Popcorn wasn't fresh

  I grew up with this place and it hasn't changed the quality in The Taste is still the same and it's always warm when I get it and when they at the nuts it's almost like Cracker Jacks only better

  The smells are great. I don't like the fact that they change the bag size depending on the popcorn you order. If you order any popcorn with nuts it seems like they try too give you as little as possible. They are already expensive let us enjoy what we pay for.

  My partner at the time told me about Garrett during a short-term visit for work. He said the popcorn is amazing, so much so that there is always a line of people out the door. I looked at him sideways, like... it's just popcorn. After having experienced it myself, I'll never utter such blasphemous words again. Garrett popcorn is life; there is no eating any other popcorn and enjoying it ever again. It IS indeed a popular place and it is likely you'll experience a wait, but it's worth the wait. The cheese variation is to die for... we literally had cheese dust on our clothes, in our bed sheets, and staining our fingers orange because we could not get enough. It's best to eat it right away when it's warm, but I've also enjoyed it when ordering it online and having it shipped to me.

  The lines may get horrendously long, but it's all so worth it - the best popcorn you'll EVER have. Nothing compared to Garrett's. The popcorn is delicious and the actual store it's in has a really nice atmosphere to it, too!

  I do not recommend. There are practically two flavors: cheese and caramel. Fat and expensive. Bad service, the girl who put the popcorn in the bags with displeasure and anger.

  The customer service service was great, the place is nice and clean. However it doesn't taste the same as it use to. I ordered 2 medium cheese, and caramel mixed and my caramel tasted burnt, and the cheese wasn't as cheesy as I was use to. It didn't leave my fingers all messy as usual. So 4 stars for customer service and clean location. No stars for taste. Mr./ Mrs. Garrettsville bring it back.
