The Garfield Park Arts Center is a wonderful facility at Garfield Park. Not only can you come in and check out local and regional art for free, but there are also free art activities on the weekends for people of all ages. I grabbed a program guide and also found out there are classes in both visual and performing arts including dance, drawing, painting, ceramics, etc. at very reasonable prices. The GPAC also holds special events and meetings.

I hope more families can discover this wonderful gem!
