  They recently did the epoxy floor in our garage. I absolutely love my garage! The quality of their work was also fantastic! Their customer service was top notch and their employees were incredibly friendly. All of my neighbors have asked me who it was that did the floor because they want to use them. I would recommend Garage Floor Epoxy Pros of Kansas CIty to anyone!

  Overall, I am content with the end product. I needed a new garage floor with some repair and got it. I think Luke is good at applying the product. He was kind and respectful. I liked that he didn’t rush the process and only proceeded under the best conditions. I have no doubt the floor is going to last. However, I do feel the job was average. I have a big divot in the floor (see pic) where the major repair was. I was not expecting to see any trace of it when the job was completed. Also, the tape lines were sloppy and that is rather disappointing (see pic). I think it is crucial to get those lines clean because now I’m stuck with this sloppy line for life. I was left with his trash which I am accustomed to contractors cleaning up and removing trash from the job site, a minor complaint. The biggest issue I had was how Luke goes about business. He is either skilled at “bait and switch” to grab more cash or just does not understand setting expectations and business accounting. The price we agreed on was raised 3 times upon completion of the job to the tune of $811.20. He came to my house to assess the floor but failed to do a thorough assessment and ended up adding another $400 after already adding $200 from that visit! Unacceptable! He then gave me an ultimatum that felt like a threat holding my warranty and deposit hostage.. On top of that, he made every excuse in the book to charge me sales tax on a service. It was rather comical if you are around contractors/bids regularly like I am as an investor. He did rectify the tax situation after making excuses and faulting his advisor. Time for a new advisor. Again, I think he did an OK job and I’m not upset or disgruntled. However, be very sure to get clear and upfront pricing from him if you decide to do business with this company.

  Kansas city garage floor epoxy pros did an amazing job!! I absolutely love how this turned out. They were easy to work with and got done fast. Everyone that has come to house and seen the floor just loves it. I get so many compliments on it.

  Garage Floor Epoxy Pros was recommended to me by a coworker of mine that was very satisfied with their service. I looked at his garage floor epoxy and fell in love with it. I contacted them immediately and they came the next day to take a look. They appeared to be very skilled and definitely knowledgeable. I was not mistaken! They did a magnificent job with my new garage floor coating and I can definitely see why people talk so highly of them. Highly recommend!

  We’ve hired Garage Floor Epoxy Pros twice now. They’re amazing! First when they epoxy coat my garage and again for our pool deck repair. Not only were they affordable but very responsive and trust-worthy. Outstanding contractor and outstanding service.
