The cashier was very rude, threw my debit card and receipt across the counter. I hoped the food would be better than the customer service, however the food was just as NASTY as the cashier. The Rice was under cooked, under cooked to the point that it was CRUNCHY! Don't waste your time or money at this restaurant.

I ordered food from Great Wall on North Hillside in Wichita, Kansas,did a pickup got home proceeded to start eating saw something moving in my rice it is a dam green catephillar. After seeing the catephillar I threw up what I had ate. Took food back to Great Wall she tell me I picked up catephillar and placed in my own food, what? I told them that I wanted a refund of all my monies, they refused. I advised them filing a police report and calling Health Department have this place inspected watch me. Pictures of this weird food with green catephillar coming soon. Watch what you eat, it could be moving.

Language barrier ordered 2 orders of general Taos chicken one with lo neon one with rice got 1 order with rice and one order of chicken lo neon when took back up they wanted me to pay 4 dollars more after we had already been waiting for 30 minutes. Got my money back and left.

Their Generals chicken, crab rangoon, and Singapore Rice noodles are amazing. Fast, generous portions, and consistent in taste always delicious. Our favorite for take out. Just call them and pick up in 10 mins!

For years I watch the customer service of this extishment go to a all time low. I ordered from the menu that was place on the counter. And one on the wall. When the cashier quoted the price I stated it was not correct. Another from the kitchen place a different menu on top of the existing menu to charge me more. And continue to screen at me that can charge me for tomorrow menu charges at will. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Which is sad not everyone whom works there is bad. She was even disrespectful to her co-workers.

I'm only giving this establishment a one star because I have to. Worst customer service ever. Lane the " MANAGER " is more than a home. I asked for extra sauce for 4 entrees my order was 40.00 and she refused to bring them. Telling the delivery driver to pay for them. Verrrry sad indeed I will definitely take all my business to CHINA KING. Warning do not order here.

I used to come here multiple times a week, only because it was close and convenient. The quality of rice is terrible. Their chicken in the rice has no flavor. I used to just pour a bunch of duck sauce, sriracha and soy sauce to compensate for the hard rice and bland flavors. After the last time, when I found pieces of a large cockroach in my rice, I'm done with this place.
