This is the second time I have used Fusion CRS in 3 years and it was just as great as last time. Tony and Sean did a fantastic job. Tony was the lead tech on both occasions and is highly qaulified in the rug cleaning business. They are friendly and professional and by far the most affordable service in the Northwest Florida area. They have on-going specials all the time so you can save money and beautifully cleaned carpets at the same time! I highly recommend Fusion CRS for all your home and business cleaning services!

I have 4 boys, a dog with separation anxiety who marks when we're out of the house and cream colored carpets. I've used a few other companies but will only EVER use Fusion CRS (Shalimar branch).
The last 3 times I've used them they've worked miracles (including purple putty embedded deeply). Their pet urine pretreatment leaves absolutely no smell when they finish. I buy their pet urine treatment bottles for daily use and it's so easyjust pour it on, leave it and the stain and odor disappear. The carpet is just barely damp when they leave and doesn't take forever to dry. My carpets look brand new every time!

Tony and Christy have treated my carpets the last 2 times and they are extremely knowledgeable with great advice!

Tony and Travis did an amazing job! They explained the process and the best way to treat each stain. I was going to replace my carpet in a few months but after they cleaned them, I feel like I have already got new carpet. They are very professional and personable. JT, the young man who cleaned my carpet was extremely thorough and informative concerning various products which he recommended. And because we had two dogs (one who was a carpet wetter before we had her put down) he recommended the treatment that would be best for that. His supervisor dropped by to assure my satisfaction. I work in a high traffic retail store and have had them come out to clean my carpets at the store. The first time was a little over six months ago and at that time my carpets looked rough. They did such a great job, they were so polite and professional. Some spots I didn't they would come out, but nope he proved me wrong. Now I have them back to touch up on my carpets again but I'll be honest they did such a good job last time my carpets barely look like they need it again. And once again they are the nicest professional people. They also have great prices comparably! Thanks again guys!
