Terrible service. The ladies at the cash register/hostess stand could not stop looking at their phone. Waited 10 mins for a high chair, and when I went to get one my self, did not see any so I asked again for one and waited another 5 mins for one of them to get off their phone. Food orders came out around 15 mins apart for no reason. Ordered a smoothie that never came out and when I asked the lady that too my order she looked at me like I was crazy and asked to see my receipt. Got my smoothie 10 mins later.

The service--from when the store originally opened--gas rapidly declined. My wife and I were there for lunch today and this experience solidified our decision to not return. My food was lukewarm. My wife's food was cold. Normally, this is tolerable, but when it's this way on three back-to-back visits it demonstrates that lack of continued excellent customer service. Hope they return soon to those founding principles.

Monday 1200, FWB Bar Flies, Nice LA or NYC concept. Food is plentiful, but hit or miss. For the price it is a good value and a nice place to hang, eat light, and drink. Great service, atmosphere is alternative kitschy fun. Food is unremarkable, though awards for best in area Chinese food (says a lot for the competition) Fusion has many genre styles to choose or mix and match.

Me and my wife are visiting Florida for a week and saw this place on Groupon so we went to check it out and get a good deal. I didn't expect to get so much food for the price but was definitely surprised. The staff was very friendly as well so that's a huge plus. I was given a sample item to check out and see if I like it which I did so keep an eye out and you might see it pop up on the menu! I had a great experience overall.

One of my favorite places to eat in Okaloosa County! If you're looking for great quality, diverse food at a very reasonable price, then this is the place. Nice quiet atmosphereI come here very often. They also have wine so you can literally wine and dine. I can't wait until the Crestview location opens so I can eat at Fusion whenever I want.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years. Normally the food is fast and delicious. This is still the case, however the fly situation is disgusting. The first time (a few months ago) I experienced the flies I told management and stayed away for a while. My first time back and the flies are still an issue. How in the hell are you a restaurant still open with nasty flies buzzing around your tables. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

My daughter loves this place. She would eat here everytime if I gave her a chance. I love the wasabi cucumber salad. There's a good selection for everyone in your party. They don't get 5 stars because of staff. Scarce or always on their cell phone and even if it's not busy and you get one to help you it takes forever to get it.

Disappointing and before I start, this rating is no way indicative of the taste and quality of the food. I hadn't eaten at Fusion recently and attempted to call in an order at 11:44. I say attempted because the call was made and answered by Sonya who abruptly said "please hold" and nothing else for twenty four (24) minutes except the din of a restaurant during lunch and her taking orders at the counter. The end to this scenario was when I drove to the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager; you would have thought I had a third eye in the middle of my forehead. After finding out the girl I was speaking to was the infamous Sonya, I held up my cell phone and asked her if she had forgotten anything. Of course the repetitive, to the level of annoying, apologies began but I am postive it will be a long time (if ever) that I patronize this business. The decline of the restaurant scene in Ft Walton Beach continues . . .

I always get the Hawaiian fried rice since it's the best dish on the menu. During the lunch rush last month, one of the cashiers seemed to be very scatter brained and conversed with the customers while she should have been taking their orders. The line went all the way outside.

Alright. I've been coming to this place for as long as it's been open, about every other month or so, and it's been phenomenal. I've never had a problem with the customer service, food, or experience at all!
Today my husband and I decided to head over again because I'm 35 weeks pregnant and was literally just craving the ginger salad.. (AMAZING). We arrive, and the girl who normally waits on us (Tapanga) was sitting down on her break, which is completely understandable! Plus every time we visit she's extremely sweet and takes care of us immediately.
I've worked in the food industry and my family owned Longboard Larry's deli for 30 years.
Today is the worst experience I have ever had at the Fort Walton location.
Back to what I was saying, the normal girl was sitting on her break.
My husband and I are the only ones in the restaurant, after we walk in and the buzzer goes off to obviously let the cashier (Britney) know there's customers here, it was a solid two minutes before the girl who knew we were waiting on her, finally came up to us from doing whatever she was doing near the drink fountain. Now Normally, I get it. You're busy, no rush. But for her to finally come up to the counter and say "do you know what you want?" Was completely unprofessional.
Obviously we do by now. The whole transaction process was ridiculous. She finally says the total and it all slurs together, confusing my husband into thinking the total was $27 but was actually $20.75.
The food however, was great. The normal girl that was on her break previously, had brought it out to us. But not once did the cashier come over to ask if we needed anything or if we were doing okay.
However, we will return. Because one bad apple doesn't ruin the tree. Just hope the owners and managers could use this information. Thank you Fusion for continuing the amazing & delicious food.response / report this review -

Good food served fast. Order when you walk in then be seated. They had our food out in 5 minutes. Thai curry was delicious, not too spicy. Ginger salad is great balance between sweet and tangy.
