In a world where customer service is often lacking, Frozen Dessert Supplies always comes through. I didn’t realize I hadn’t received my shake straws until I was almost out. I emailed them and they called me within an hour. They had the shipment sent out the next day and I received them less than 48 hours after I first emailed!
