  Celebrated an engagement with drinks at Frost. Good service and yummy drinks -- had a few apps and they were good too. Loved the ambiance and modern feel.

  I don't know where to begin with honestly It's a nice place and atmosphere and that's where it ends. I expect a quality service if I'm paying $16 for a shot of scotch and not half hour wait for water or having to go to the bar and order a drink while the waitress is nowhere to be seen.
  I wish the service from the waitress was the only thing wrong, end of the night when we decided to pay the bill it turned out they tried to play tricks thinking we're a large group and won't notice an attempt to trick us into paying it twice and when we confronted the manager and waitress we were treated like garbage.
  We ended up paying our portion of the bill, but I couldn't also notice the difference in prices on 2 separate checks we had from the table and the bar, it's understatement to say that this is unacceptable and I can't recall an upscale place that have tried to pull such scam.
  Vail is a small place, I visit it often and I'm quite surprised from the service we received.
  The only reason I give it 2 stars is for the interior, otherwise service is rated at 0.

  I came to Frost with a group of people at 9pm. You would think it would have been easy to see us as hardly anyone was there. It took forever for them to wait on us, around 15 min. We finally moved tables but this only caused more confusion as two waitresses were waiting on us then. We ordered off the menu from the restraunt and the order was incorrect. One item we ordered off the menu the waitress said they didn't have so she checked and they did have it. Requested a ranch dipping sauce and got a mayonnaise instead. Wanted to get something else since order was wrong then told kitchen was closed. Great atmosphere and cost is good. But multiple problems with organization Was a very frustrating experience.
