Friendly staff and clean facilities. There are a lot of full-season tenets here with park model trailers, but there are also a fair number of open spaces for campers. We stayed fairly early in the season, so the park wasn't crowded. There is a nice "pet walk" trail through the woods, though it seems to end in an overgrown marsh instead of looping around like we were told.

Worst camping ever!!! I've been camping all over the place the amenities here are a joke, cleanliness of the site we had was disgusting chicken packages with flies everywhere left by previous campers. One other site of the 10 sites we saw booked were up till 1am yelling and had their kids running around. Definitely was not a relaxing vacation. Would not suggest this place to my worst enemy

Beautiful campgrounds, but worst camping experience EVER. Might as well be at a block party in Queens. Fellow campers incredibly rude, blasting music, shouting all night, hours after quiet hours, with lights so bright you don't need a flashlight to find your way to the bathroom - even after asking them to be quiet. Miserable! 2 am and people are still playing the radio.

Great campground. Been going there for 17 years. People are wonderful. Sites are level and clean. Bath house is always clean. Bushes and trees divide the sites. All are shady
Very natural setting. I don't care about pools or fancy stuff. Just want a place to park and hook up. It's so relaxing to be away from the craziness in towns. I say it's fine the way it is. We've been able to back in a 40' motor home. If you want to meet your neighbor you can but if you just want peace and quiet, it's there. I highly recommend if your in New Jersey and need a rest. Go to Frontier Campground.

Nice little campground for a great price. The tent sites are clean and have a picnic table and fire ring. You can get a site with or without water/electric. The tree houses look pretty cool also. I've been going there for 2 years now with my family leaving us 20 minutes from Ocean City NJ.

Great campground near the ocean. Very good pricing, and it was quiet and private.

Going to begin my 18th season down at Frontier and always look forward to it every year! The hands down nicest folks that you will ever deal with and the cleanest bathrooms/showers on the southern tip of NJ

We love the fact there is no pool and in turn, no noise that a pool would bring. All the sites are mostly secluded and you do not feel that you are in a fishbowl.

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, clean campground run by a nice family.look no further.

Can't wait to get down there in a couple of weeks!!

we are just about to begin our 4th season here. I am very disappointed in the pricing increase this year. I drove through 2 weekends ago. There do not seem to be any amenity additions or improvements. There is no pool or other water for swimming. The central area where they have picnics is littered with boats and campers that should be in a scrap pile somewherebut not smack dead in the middle of a campground's common area. The 'game room' might have been cool in 1970, but its just awful, and is rarely open. You aren't allowed to use golf carts, yet it is ok for the owners and staff to fly around on them at all hours.

They are very nice people who own this place, but they are far, far behind the times. The price is now on par with other area campgrounds that offer many amenities, and are a few minutes closer to the actual beaches. I cannot see them sustaining the way this is going.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO ASK FOR MORE OF MY MONEY..DO SOMETHING MORE TO EARN IT. REINVEST A FEW BUCKS. MOVE THE GARBAGE PILE OF JUNK VEHICLES TO THE BACK BEHIND YOUR GARAGE. LET PEOPLE USE GOLF CARTS. GET SOME BETTER SECURITY.

Please. Do SOMETHING other than collect money without giving us anything in return for it.
