Over priced And over rated. Went here 3 years back and it was better because they had more houses set up and quality seemed better. This year it was really bad. I only give it 2 stars because it was a legit haunted house.just a really bad one. They are trying you can tell that it's just not scary and seem very cheesy and somewhat run down. Maybe I'm just becoming immune to these things but I've honestly been to better.much better. Especially when you consider the cost which is pretty high for this type of thing. I could tell by crowd size too that others share my feelings. A lot less people that 3 years back. Then you could barely find a place to park. Lines for everything. Lots of people. Now love each are short if there is one and parking area is only a third full. Sad to see this place heading the wrong direction.

Loved the carnevil addition. Wish the backwoods was longer to walk through. It's always been one of my favorite.

Totally fun. Very scary but that is what I want. A group went together and we all want to return with new group members. Great value. Went off the tower jump. Thrilling and different.

I come here almost every year and it's the best haunt in the Knoxville area. They even added a new attraction this year.

Last year I went for the first time. At the end of the Forrest part of the attraction they spray shaving cream in your direction and they actually got the people in front of us vary minimally, once we (two blacks girls) walked thru to the end they spray nearly half of a can of shaving cream into my hair even after asking them to stop politely and calmly. It was extremely uncalled for. I’ll go to frightworks this year and same the money and the drive.

Worst "haunted" attraction I've ever been to. I had tons of friends tell me to go that it was terrifying and worth the drive and the money. What a rip off. I wasn't scared once. The house was nothing but a dark dump that smelled like cat pee. Nothing scary about the forest or barn thing. Workers just standing around not doing anything. Lame waste of time and a LOT of money

Horrible place, It's not very scary and the staff - actors pretty much ruin it before walking into the house. I jumped once during the house tour, but everything else was just silly. Near the end someones chainsaw stopped working and they started making engine noises with their mouth Honestly, I laughed more then I was being shocked. On another occasion I wanted to speak to a manager about a private tour of the area and house for my paranormal group (Of course, I was going to pay), but all my efforts were in vain. The manager was never there, I called every day during the opening season for a week, I walked in and asked to speak with him, and I emailed him, but nothing. Don't try calling either, 85% of the time their phones are not working and if you actually get through then no one will pick up. Upon further investigation of the tax records to try and speak with an actual owner, I found that the property is owned by a big shot corporation so now I genuinely doubt the authenticity of the whole story and background of the house and area. Don't waste your money on this sad excuse of a "thrill".

We come every year and it gets better every year. They put a lot of time and effort into making this place scary. So much fun.

I took my daughter and her friend here tonight everything was going good until we were in the haunted woods and an "actor" touched my daughters friends hair and said nice weave laughed and disappeared before I could say anything. Not nice hair but nice weave I feel that this was racially driven the girls are 15 and chose to leave at this point I know she felt embarrassed and singled out while leaving I asked an employee who I could file a complaint with and she said there is a number on the website I pay $120 so we could go and a child with me could be heckled I don't even understand why in a haunted house the "actors" are making comments about people I sent an email to the company but by the way the employees acted I don't expect a response I will not leave it at that they will not take my money and treat us that way this is truly sad Halloween is our favorite holiday and it will always have a stain on it now

I went for the full moon this October. This was a really thrilling attraction with three different things to do. I really liked the woods at night.

I understand completely that the actors are their to try and go with the theme of things but
I had one put his hand on my face, finger went in my eye and twisted his hand and when I told him that he better be glad I didn't beat his a$$.He stated I just put my hand in your face so my fiance told him not to put his hands back on me he said what did I do and ran off. so I went to complain on him the lady was very nice and told me after I went through the house to come back up there. I go back up and she tells me the owner apologize and is going to get to the bottom. well I ask if I could get a police report I have a officer standing there (very nice guy) the lady tells me she needs to go ask the owner. She comes back tells me that they will be up there in a few minutes. A guy whom has a security shirt comes up wants to look at my eye it had been a good 30 mins and says it does not look like anything has been in your eye. he also states that he spoke with the actor Lee and he swears he never physical touched me .I looked at the man and told him sir I have no reason to lie. and at this point I had backed up he says come up here come up here I'm not going to yell at you. and I said oh I know you are not going to yell at me he said excuse me. I said I know you will not yell at me we are both adults he agreed but he said he will look at the camera and get back with me . don't think that will happen.but I did get a officer there to get a report to get something done about my eye.the gentleman with the security shirt on said they don't get complaints while I was waiting guess what they had another complaint.so my Advice if you want to be touched in the eyes go to this place especially if you have MS, OR LUPUS .did I have fun yes until that happened but paying 84 dollars to be done the way I was no it was not worth any of that. but I guarantee if I hit him after he did that to me I would be in jailDON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
