  Absolutely fabulous to work with. I was in Florida when I needed this done and and they handled it as well as I could have hoped for and seemless from the first call to completion. Their rates were good, he kept me posted as to the costs and compared to the other 6 or 7 calls I made I am very happy I picked Fresh Start Cleaning. FYI. I already paid so I am not getting a discount or anything for this review. They really were that darn good.

  I had a water leak, got a hold of management and maintenance, who then asked fresh start to come and help clean the carpets. Fresh start came the day of, cleaned the carpet and lifted the carpet in the areas of the water leak and left fans there to help dry things up. We were told they'd stop by some time the next day to check on the carpet and take their fans and equipment if the carpet was dry, waited all day, no one shows up. Waited another 4 days, nothing. So I got a hold of maintenance and informed them that no one from the cleaning company has been by since the initial visit, so maintenance calls the company. Another two days goes by, so a full week later, they come and grab all their equipment while I am at work and only my mom, who doesn't speak great English, is home. I get home from work to find that they've come by, grabbed all their things and just left without returning my carpet to the way it was.. I can go and just easily lift the carpet up and out. I don't get why they wouldn't have returned the carpet back to the way it was before they came. So another call to maintenance it is.

  Fresh Start cleaning & restoration were hired to clean the carpets in a house my family and I had purchased. The house was empty and they had as much time as they could have needed. However the carpets did not smell clean and there was visible cat hair still on the surface. I called to ask if they would come back and redo the cleaning to which I was told that they would send someone out to look at it. The person who showed up and walked in (without a mask) did not give his name. He was extremely rude to my wife repeatedly saying that he did the job. He walked around for 30 minutes asking where all the carpets were and left without a word. When I call the company back all of my calls were sent to voice mail immediately. Do not use this company!!!!

  Fresh Start is our go-to for all our carpet cleaning needs and duct cleaning. They've also cleaned our upholstery perfectly! They are professional and thorough but also kind when my very inquisitive kids want to grill them while they work! I recommend them for everyone!

  We purchased a new house and the first thing we did before moving in was have Josh clean all the carpets! On a very short notice he was able to make sure to get in and out before we moved anything in. He made sure the floors were dry and ready to go on move in day. Thank you Josh and team for making the process so easy! Highly recommend Fresh Start Cleaning & Restoration .
