  The best Tire / Mechanic shop in Evanston. Honest work. Best service. This a shop that will be straight up and honest with their customers. If in the event they make a mistake, they are very quick to admit it, repair it and continue to take care of their customers. They rely on return customers. I have been doing business here all my life, as has my Mom n Pop before me. If you don't like what they have to say, take your car somewhere else and ask for a quote. You'll be back to Freeway.

  Needed a spare tire patched. Front desk rep told me that “they didn’t have time currently and to go somewhere else.” I asked where for a suggestion and was told that there are a few places in town but I’d have to figure it out. Cool

  They got me back on the road fast ! Juan is a great tire tech.
  
  EDIT- Unfortunately, I have to come back and downgrade my review. They failed to replace my valvestem and the rubber seal is clearly dry rotted. I added air this morning and expect I will have to dismount tire and replace the stem. I don't mind paying good money for good service, I just get sick of half-assed jobs ! This is total laziness or unprepared as most shops mark up valve stems for an easy $5-$10 extra on the job. I had not pressured the tech to hurry or anything of that nature either, no excuse !

  Fantastic people. Moving across country and came out this morning to find one of the tires on our car trailer flat. Mike with Freeway Tire was sent out and he was great. He replaced the tire and went above and beyond checking the others and thank goodness he did as there was a 2nd bad tire that wouldn't have made it much farther down the road. He made sure all the tires were good, had the right pressure and the lug nuts were tight. It's wonderful to know there is still great customer service!
