  Bruce came out to give us an estimate after a lightning strike killed our garage door opener (and a lot of other things.) Instead, he was able to get everything operational in short order because he happened to have the necessary parts with him. Before this fortuitous turn of events he explained all of my options, along with prices estimates for each option. He thoroughly tested each aspect of the problem to discover that the motor was still good, then was able to get it operational..

  Absolutely one of the nicest experiences I’ve had with a home repair. Bruce showed up early, listened to what I was looking for, made some great suggestions and provided a very competitive price. Once the door arrived, he and Mike showed up early, installed the door, reviewed the operating instructions (the app, etc) and the place was so clean, you couldn’t tell they had been there—- except I had a nice new and quiet door. Service was unbeatable and they are the owners! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

  I called Bruce about my garage door not working and he immediately came out and repaired it. Great customer service, very knowledgeable about his job. He fixed my garage door within 30 minutes. Kudos to Bruce and Freedom Garage Door Co. Great employee and great company!

  My experience with Freedom Door Company and with Bruce, the service professional who helped me, was a very good experience. I called going into a long holiday weekend and was fortunate to be able to get slotted in when someone else canceled. Bruce was communicative and prompt. The service and installation were done quickly and my garage door works much better than before. I would recommend for residential garage door service to anyone.

  Tim was prompt and gave an excellent description of the problem. He also gave good advice regarding options I would have for the "fix". He was personable, knowledgeable, and wasted no time in correcting the problem. He represents Aladdin Doors extremely well.

  Bruce was great. He knew what I needed to ensure continued good working condition of my good opener and provided me with the information I need to operate it. He installed a new "motor" which was needed and made sure my openers were programmed properly.
